  1. Im getting close just waiting for some more pilot jets to come
  2. ok im gonna take a theoretcial stab at this, going from 26 to 28 mm will let more air flow into the engine hence i have to increase my main jet size from stock 200 and start say about 240 and see what happens, the stock pilot is 25 so i think i will stick to this size to see how the bike idles at this size, any comments on my thinking here??
  3. doesnt look stock with those fatties on it??
  4. ok found it here are the settings that were recommended by the pro's that sold me the carbs and said they were roughly where i should be on jetting, the bike would start and warm up then just cut out after a few mins, also there was a bog pretty much when i opened the throttle in any gear. Any comments would be welcome. Thanks.

  21. well i put the 28's on about a year ago and nearly got them going well felt hell of a difference in the power delivery and a lot smoother, but i had a slight hesitation before the power band only in 4th and 5th gear, was wondering if any1 had tried these or knows a good jetting start line, found them the other day so thought i'd have another crack at them so im willing to hear your ideas. Thanks.
  22. well i already have the carbs. what pipes you suggest. had the carbs in a year ago, they didnt run right. loss of power just before hitting the power band in gear 4 and 5.
