  1. You will be fine climbing hills it's just a different ride than the Blaster. It will climb anything you want to. It's just a matter of do you have the balls to climb it. LOL.
  2. Larry. From what he told me the plugs are tan and that he put in new plugs and it started and ran fine. Hopped on it the next day and it wouldn't start. He's also running yamalube @ 32:1.
  3. Oh geez! Bottom end on banshees suck. Ride the piss out of it. It will be alot different than your Blaster. What mods does this thing have?
  4. No Elka, I'll be 29 on next Saturday!
  5. I am a cop but sometimes it is best to not involve LE, cuz we are sometimes forced to do things we don't want to by supervisors.
  6. Should have come back after the cops left if you wanted to make it right.
  7. After a few more PM's it sounds to me that yamalube @ 32:1 is a little heavy to me.
  8. He just told me 32:1.
  9. Here are a few better pics!
  10. The pics are hard to see but inside the back of the carb has casting flaws that I think would cause unwanted turbulence in the carbs.
  11. I went through the slides and cleaned up all of the casting burs off of them and they finally started operating smoothly. I can't believe how many casting blemishes are on these carbs. I'll post some pics of the inside of the carbs shortly.
  12. I found my problem. There is a hole in the pilot circuit. If you follow the pilot circuit down you can see the hole in it. It was getting plenty on fuel that way.
  13. BTW where you located?

  14. 150 Mains and 48 pilots with an air box, and no lid.
  15. Ok guys I got these carbs on and installed. The slides hang up in them and it won't idle below about 3000 rpms. I need some input. The slides had some casting flows on them so I filed them off but they still catch. Now they are smooth. As far as the other problem I have the idle screws backed all the way out but still in and it idles really high. What's the deal here. This is my first set of PWK's and I'm not liking them.
  16. I installed them and they didn't go all the way down. Pulled them out and had to take the screw driver and push the plastic holder down over the cable end to get it to seat. Works fine now.
  17. I just got some PWK 28's and I don't think the throttle cable I got is the correct one. The slides don't go all the way down with this cable and the idle is back all the way off. Correct one or not? It's a Motion Pro cable part #01-0813
  18. Just got my pipe clamps today, they are in great condition. Clamps need to be polished. LOL! Great guy to deal with, fast shipping.
  19. Looks good, but what the deal? Trade stuff or what?
  20. I bought a set of carbs and they look like they are in excellent condition. Even though in some extra jets too. Great to deal with!!!
  21. Payment sent for clamps
  22. I'll take the clamps!
