  1. perfect, then Jeff got the right part i am looking for, nice to have a decent sight , therefore support the sponsors, thanks again
  2. no i dont think so unless its an upgrade.,,,, its an actual roller thats looks to be about two inches around to stop chain from rubbing metal
  3. i am wondering the part name or part number for the chain roller that goes around where the swing arm attaches to the bike, mine is completely worn out and would like to order with my rebuild kit for FARM sand and toys thanks
  4. thanks for the replys!!! got it figured my ecentric bolt had broke sending the nut and spacer. through the engine, which in turn got caught up in the gear for the water pump impeller, so now i need to order parts, so OEM for seals is the best way to go, rather than a full oil seal kit, through ebay or something, if it is, where do you recommend where i can order parts online as my local dealer is quite expensive for everything. As well my pistons are measured 64.54mm and 64.51 mm whats bore size would that be, and should i replace them with OEM rings as well. thanks
  5. so i pulled the engine, found a few things, broke the plastic water pump gear, which in turn destroyed my crankseal.... so when this seal goes it would cause crankcase oil to go into exhaust, like i mean alot, had about a liter of oil in the exhaust. thanks
  6. i am curious as to price only if interested for the trans
  7. hey all, just picked up a 1999 banshee, that has bin bored over to a 409, bin beating up my grizzly 700 , not good to try and keep up with race quads, too much frame flex... so i figured i got had, did pre checks on the unit, ran awesome when i test rode it around the block. took it out for an hour long ride out in the trails, ended up stuck in second gear, unable to shift unless i jam on the shifter hard it will move from second to first and vice versa, get it back, now oil on dipstick, now i know i should of stopped riding as soon as issues developed. lost other riders getting dark out, so i rode it back to camp, which in turn prob did a whole lot more damage. my fault i get it home start taking a better look, exhaust pipe is full of oil, from what i can see on here on the forums it is a bad crank seal, mis this true, being bored over the pressure is at 90 psi on both cylinders, and holding, now of course the shifter is stuck or extremely difficult to switch gears, i have the engine out of the banshee now, so where should i go from here. should i be ordering new transmission gears and drums, and should i be putting new rings on as well. what should the compression be at, considering it is over bored, which would lower compression compared to stock 125 psi, any advice would be greatly appreciated, as well as decent priced sellers, as here in canada we get overcharged for everything, or anyone here good things about some of the sellers on ebay.
