Besides cracks in the pedals, what should I be concerned about.
I have the 2stage reeds. they are all just a little off their seat.
-
what color is it? and how much without the fender?
It's natural, which is a bit off white. If you click on the thumbnail picture it will show you a larger photo.
I'll take $20 off for the front fender. It has the sides cut to fit the oversized tank, I'd reccomend keeping it unless you really want your full fenders or don't mind cutting your current set.

BUMP
all cleaned up and ready to ship
-
I'll stay outa it then
LOL... if you know of anything else besides axe dem tors, then please jump in. I'll be ordering the tors kit tomorrow.
did you get water in there? No water, maybe too much carb cleaner

X2
choke tube come off?
tube is still there.. I'm thinking to add a clip there to be sure it's tight
-
you have a bad air leak, not that there ever was a good air leak, LOL
where is that normally the case? at the boot or in the carb? Or the pipe, It looks like one of my pipes is spitting black gas at the cylinder.
-
What do you think... it won't stop reving out. I can't get it to come down unless I pull the choke out.
The idle screws and air screws have no noticable effect.
What do you think? (and yes s420 I know I need to axe my tors still)
-
Yep! I would have to say I screwed something up on that one, Sorry. But if you go to post #109 that link works for it. Sorry about the confusion
Mike
Did I miss the boat? Can you adjust the date for september or october? I still want one
-
wtf... did you loose your fly wheel there?
-
-
My choke won't stay open... it isn't really a big deal but I'm tired of it.
Can I replace that rubber boot? Or do I need to replace the whole assembly?
-
Yes, I was thinking about the outlaw IRS... looks very similar.
But it was the KTM XC that I was jumping on and picked up... very light.
-
Trade for an oversized tank?
-
i have drilled a small hole by the actuator lever and use a small punch to drive it out. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!
That is what I was hoping to hear.
Please post a picture if you ever have it open and have a camera near by

if its not welded to the rod.. you could tip the bike on its side and it may fall out.. or get a small magnet to get it out.
Sounds like it might be welded..... I was tapping and rocking it and it didn't want to come out.
Do you really have to split the cases to get to this?
-
I'm looking to do my timing plate, and I can't find a stock mod thread.
I'd like to core out enough to bring it to +4.
How much material do I need to remove from the side?
Thanks

So I just did the clutch and expected the ball to come out when I had it down to the basket.
Is it supposed to come out? Or does it come out when you remove the basket?
-
Thanks guys!
No problems putting it back together..... I always assumed that they where two identical carbs. I guess you learn something new everyday.
-
I lifted a KTM's rear end the other day it was so damn light.
As soon as I can afford an KTM IRS XC I'll get it.
-
That's sweet, I won't bother picking up a tube for carb #2 then.
Thanks again
-
Choke tube. It goes into jet in the bowl. that is why you cant mix up the carb bowls.
Ok. Then it is only supposed to be in one bowl? Or do I need to buy one for my second carb?
-
please post up asap
I'm guessing it's a choke tube of some sort....
what does it do? I wan't to know if it is something I NEED or want.
THanks mang
Carb #1 has it but carb #2 doesn't
