  2. I give up! I have pics I can email them to you if needed. The paddels & rims look great, the others not so much as they were ridden on
  3. I have a set of 8 paddle king tires on a nice set of wheels for a 87-89 banshee "larger bolt pattern hub" 20x11-10. You could get an older set of hubs & put these on a newer shee as the axles were the same. $150 shipped I also have a set of stock rims off a 96 with some pretty worn tires little dinged & chewed up but would make decent spares. 19x10-9 $60 shipped Shipping quote is continental usa only. PM me if you want this. Going on ebasturd sunday, just givin the hq dib's. This stuff is in richfield Ut
  4. I could ship it in pieces for pretty reasonable frame & motor in a box, forks in another, wheels in another plastics & rest in another. I've parted a few 500's shiping the motor tends to be the expensive part Like $75 $80 & the rest aint bad. I can just put all the bolts in their holes so it dont get all mixed then just reassemble. I'd guess $200-$250 tops I'd consider covering half if someone was really interested. Theres always u-ship too but I'd guess $300 to $350 through them
  5. Still up for grabs
  6. I definitly trade & let you keep your big block if you were in this state, damn!
  7. Thank you too man. Appreciated the prompt payment, & smooth transaction.
  8. Great buyer QUICK payment, cant beat that
  9. I gotta second that. I bought some new intakes from him & the were excellent & a great price too
  10. I'll second that. He made the payment right quick & his thumb throttle is on its way.
  11. Thanks for the input guys. I just wrapped it up & left it, it ran with it in there before so dont mess with a good thing I guess. I might check my lights with it on then pull it & see if theres less flicker theres no lights right now so I'll have to get a set & see. My best guess is just get it running again & see what happens when I pull it out. I was hoping someone had a diffinitive answer but you never know what happens to these bikes in the hands of morons. Hopefully I'll have her back together this weekend & can get some riding in.
  12. Not a lick of jibberish on it anywhere. It has 2 wires to it & reminds me of the pvc homade m-80's I love to make on the 4th'o july. It does have 2 grooves worn into it that look like they might be about worn into the electrics inside. You can see under the dirt 2 of those squeeze clamp blue electrical connectors. They seem like they wouldnt create a circuit through the brain but bypass instead.... IDK
  13. Im still wondering
  14. Man if you just put 4 person bong in the title it'll sell in a second. Like everyone else says throw in a little weed & CHACHING
  15. To me what I'm hearing is you flooded it out. When its flooded the excees goes down in the cases if it was flooded a few times, prevoius owner & you with the bad cdi, the gas will eveporate but the oil wont you might just need to get on her wide open blow it out, check the plugs cause theyll probably need replacing after clearing all the oil out. If your being caustious & havent tried that yet I'd probably start there. Then play with the jetting.
  16. Got a brand new set of billits coming $70 shipped Thanks Blaat
  17. It is sweet & I know I'm gonna kick myself for moving it, but my ass load of credit card debt says I need cash. $3000 for the bike firm. It is nice enough I aint giving it away, my banshee in pieces might be another storry though  I think I found a 2001 xr650r for 2k so it might not be all bad. No voices in my head need to go away. Take care of debt Take care of debt....
  18. This is my 2000 cr 500. It has fresh powdercoating this last winter. A plum purple color. With all new plastic installed this last winter as well. The topend was done middle of last summer when I bought the v-force reeds & procircuit pipe. There are radiator guards, aluminum rear brake system guards, skid plate, factory honda "black springs" & mild suspension work, pro taper fat wall bars, aluminum ignition cover. This thing is my 4th cr 500 & it is the best one I've ever had, just a really nice "package". It runs great & is ready to go. It wont need much more than maintenance for years. Pretty near new. Any questions just ask. Located in Utah
  19. Yeah it does go into or out of the rev box. Like the old answer roost boost maybe. I'm lost as to what it is
  20. I'm redoing my shee & found this, the little white cylinder, attached to my harness & wanted to know what it is. I'm guessing TORS eliminator? When I got rid of the tors on my 96 I just wired it out & didnt need something like this. Its just clipped in & makes a really corodable joint in the loom, if I dont need it I'll just cut it out & soldier the splice/scabbed POS or if I do I'll soldier the thing in.
  21. I have a set of Trinity Billet Intakes 33-35mm but 36's should fit without too much of a problem. The lowest I could go is $80 Shipped, I know it's higher than you wanted but they are worth 80 and in excellent shape. http://s636.photobucket.com/albums/uu89/aj...nt=101_1168.jpg Not to sound like an ass but I can get a brand new boss intake for $99 or brand new stock style rubber boots for $82. Granted those are + shipping. I do appreciate the reply though. If Icant get hooked up cheap I'll probably just have to WAIT :shoothead: till I can get the boss junk
  22. I have a glass beader at work & that's what I did. I wouldn't reccomend it to just anyone though the way a 2 stroke scavenges from the exhaust pipe if there's one speck of glass left it will suck back in your motor which would not make for a happy camper. I also have a hot tank/caustic washer that I soaked them in for 2 days after I glssed them & then washed them like 3 times in the castic spray cabinent & rinsed with a high pressure sprayer for 20 minutes then blew them out with 150psi shop air till good & dry. Just typing that tires me out, I think the muratic acid would be easier. I used to use it when I worked in masonary to clean brick & rock it should work good. It will rust metal if its not rinsed off fairly quick though, from my experience anyway.
