I have a kit from ricky stator. mounts up front also. But had to make a small mode to mout a larger amphr battery. Just a small cut to allow for the extr length. Anyhow, you need more stator to run big lights. The battery only keeps the lights bright when your at an idle. You have to be able to put the juice back into the thing. If you just have the battery and not the high output stator your lights will still be dim. and then the battery will drain. Cheers Astromybud

I have an older RAD nut. It is a single squeeze bolt system. I've found that I still need to use the LocTite. BUT it is much easier to remove the nut when needed. Just loosen the squeeze bolt and then loosen the nut. Cheers Astromybud

Pull the choke! The power jet will only pull fuel around WOT. Make sure you have the metering rod set corectly also. I have a single 38/40 on mine and the starting point is 2" from tip of rod to the bottom of the slide. Set rod at a point that will allow the motor to start and idle. Then adjust rod until you get a good crisp throttle responce. After you get the idle and mid dialed in do you go to selecting you power jet size. If you need more tech info give fastbygast a call.
