get the T5 pipes with the K&N air filter kit WITH the jet kit and take the top off the box. You will walk on him. Or get used pipes and kit and buy a $300 port job to make a killer package. But it will be tight on 700 bux. My .02 port and fmf pipes.

Sounds like shirt slap. Have you checked the rig gap clearance? have your jugs checked, who ever did your work might have gotten a little out of spec.

Is your air filter clogged? 2-strokes MUST fire if they have spark and fuel. They are super simple and only have a few problems that can prevent combustion. Let the plugs dry out before you reinstall them. Pull your air filter off and try to start it again.

Have you pulled the plugs? Are you getting gas? plugs will be wet if you have kicked the shit out of it with no ignition.

Do you still have the T.O.R.S and parking brake on? If so pull that shit off. or just unplug it all and see if shee will start.

SNOP!!! Ok I got 180 main, DEI? (DEL) on the top clip, 55 pilot jet. Good on the start up, 0-1/4 is good Fall and gargles for a sec at 1/4-1/2 and runs like a raped ape on out. I have tried every clip on the needle and it only gets worse. Is my pilot to big or do I need a diff needle?

Make sure you have the Flywheel on the shaft with the Key ( moon key, shear key) locking it correctly. You can have all the spark in the world, but if the flywheel is out of time you will not get combustion. the piston has to be in the correct phase of the stroke. Check that then get back to me.

well took the shee for a good hard blast and noticed at low RPM I could hear some popping in the trans. So I haul ass kill the bike and throw it in neutral and man o live it FUCKIN LOUD!! Bike is kinda hard shift when under power (started missing Alot of shifts) So whats you guys ideas? Did I shell a trans some how? chain and sprocket are new, chain was way tight I will add. What do bent shift forks act like? I do shift w/out the clutch from first up. I also got 135 psi with 17cc domes, Rebuild time? Just starting to be a shitty bad. Thanks for the help
