well tyler, you cant truthfully expect some yahoo from the sticks to have successfully/fully design a motor of such power and cc. for some reason i find it even harder to believe that a 1000cc motor on a bike would be even rideable without having a completely bald tire. bickbuck, do u have expirence with trickracing? id hate to bash a company because there name dosent appear in the site sponsor section. so all bhq politics aside, im interested in the 250r/banshee chassis. they have a pretty interesting site and id love to see a video of a half/full assed cr1000. ive always wondered wat that be like. it be hallirous to see a dirt bike smoke some punks r1 with carbon fiber exhaust.

well i asked for mint cases, pay for mint cases and i get these. can this be milled and or filled down. im sending my engine to fast i dont feel like him telling me these arnt gunna work.

and then enter nickisgod..... o boy. you bought a cheetah. i do similar style riding as you, have a similar motor so lets see if anything i say will help you. A. trinity had pc'ed my exhaust flanges (the part witch mates the exhaust to engine) so i had to sand it off after i had already mounted everything B. the domes they give you are very tight fit and will only mate if the holes on the head are alligned with the half circles on the domes, there is a specific way and no 2 ways to seat the dome. C. fitting your pipes is a pita. mine also have the same problem. i spaced it out as best as i could. i use sb shearers as john advised. also send the domes back to trinity asap. i can show you my engine after only 2 sets of orings and about 20hours at most on the engine. it was dyno'd jetted and using c12 gas and sill wouldnt run right. after i got the right domes the bike was retaredly powerful for 30mins untill, well you guessed it, oring failure. and this "hightemp orings" bs make me wondering wat kinda of orings im getting. did trintiy neglected the fact that they were using womens pony tail holders? and not engine orings? id love to hear the explantion of how this "oring" will solve detination problems. its kinda like saying neosporin will cure cancer.

ive gotten over 8 hits in the past 24 hours on this wanted ad. ive been in hawaii and have already purchased a set of a bhq memeber who will remain anonyomous untill he resolves the issue of the poor condition of the cases where when i recieve them.... so needless to say this topic is closed atm untill i get back home and sort out the issue. thanks!

yup, you also need a longer center adjuster bolt too. i have the complete hinson setup, pressure plate and all and it does work.

I said this before to you, run the bolts that came with the sprocket so that allen head is facing the middle of the carrier. This worked for me and had no problems.
