  2. i give gaskets a light spray of hylomar. as said, a prepped smooth surface is most important.
  3. i just run a small amount of sealant on the inside of them, the gasket will seal the other side,

  5. shearer and cpi have more power everywhere, compared to the t5 on the serval. t5 is a crap pipe for the serval.

  7. was the cylinder setup the only change, or did you do other things at the same time, like remove tors, add cdi, change wiring, etc. what do the plugs look like ?
  8. if i can fit my banshee in the back off my mitsubishi pickup, you can fit that in there !!1. i had to make lil ramps, so the front tyres would roll ontop of the wheel tubs, the tailgate doent close, but it fits.
  9. throw all the parts in ONE box, then shake it around. should be built by 3mins of shaking.
  10. i heard when on the dyno, it didnt make much of a difference.
  11. the wampus is a cub cylinder with the appearance of a stock cylinder (kinda) you can get them in either serval or cheetah cub timings meaning, its either gonna go like a serval or a cheetah, but just look like a stock cylinder (kinda)
  12. 1.5-2 hours for me on a 4mm with stock tank.
  13. the groove is there so you can get a wrench on it, for when you tighten the nut. put them on any way, just make them the same.
  14. under extreme conditions the gap can be too large, and the spark can actually blow out (like a candle) you close the gap up, so the spark has less gap to jump and doesnt blow out. i dont know how extreme and banshee motor has to be, but some builders recommend a .024" gap. i ran them as they are out of the box.

  20. TSS build triple and 4 cylinder 2 strokes in road bikes, but they use mattoon cases. i thought they had their own cases, but they run mattoons. there is a few other shops out there that might cnc their own. but TSS dont.

  22. stock for stock the 450 is a better bike all round, faster, lighter and better handling. banshee is an 1987 design.
  23. welcome !!!! not such a bad thing having a bike in parts, you can build it to the bike you want, with the help of the members and sponsors on here, youll have a kick ass bike. as for engine parts or chassis parts, hit up a member "NYUK" he has loads of stuff, then once you have a good base, hit up a sponsor for some nice engine hardware. enjoy..
