  2. got a pair of cylinders freshly bored over 3rd time.also got a pair of DG header pipes, and stock silencers, lets make a trade
  3. banshee cylinders and head.cylinders are stock bored over 3 times.fresh bore.head included.(ya banshee head, not head from me) no pictures.i will sell it all for $450. the pictures included ar enot the cylidners, but the same without port job,

  5. did you have port work done dinner. cus really im not changine nuthing but the domes are now from stock to 21cc ported cylinders now air box lid removed with outerwears added. im currently at 280 mains now

  7. does 320 sound a bit lean or shuld i order 300-340 jets.i wana have this thing goin the day i get the kit, dont wna wait for jets. im at 350m aprox above sea leval. and are mukuni pilot jets all standard, like do i gotta order special set for banshee, looking to get the 27.5 as recomended.
  8. ya, sounds about right, i emailed him askin him f he ment 300-310,which would be perfect i got a pair of 320's sittin at home right now,came with my fmf jet kit, got 270's 280's, and 320 for modded engine, so sounds about right.
  9. heres what he wroteabout my setup Ported for mid-to upper horsepower this is not a drag style porting that comes on like a light switch. This port job is excellent for Dune riding were you like a very strong midrange with lots of over hp to the upper RPM range. Stock carburetors work very well need to change the needle and increase the main jet to a 400 or 410. Other than that just hanging on. Thanks for the Inquirer discount cycle parts

  11. alright, why the hell did buddy say use 400-410's, im confident you guys know more though,the only factor is am i getting what im soposed to be getting i guess.if a dune port you guys say use mid 300 main jets, the seller guy says 400-410,is he just a nob, or maybe this is a crazy dune port job.maybe he has a sompletely different setup then me and needs to run 410's and think it works for everyone. i will go with ur sugestions see how she gos, do some chops.
  12. thanks for the advice, very apreciated.no i didnt port myself. got them from ebay, a whole brand new cylinder, piston, gaskit, 21 cc performance head kit, all brand new. the port work is done by TM racing engines.any one know anything about that company. so this is gunna be my aprox setup. 99, dune port,21 cc head dome. uni air filter lid removed, with outerwears tors removed 410 main jets to start.(no idea about pilots) my needle is already fmf needles, i think in middle clip, not sure where to put it now. i got fmf fatty gold series pipes 32:1 oil mixture stock carbs, stock crank stock eveything else,lol any sugestions, anything i left out or something recomended, (reeds,boost bottle?)

  14. what oil ratio should i run of what oil.my buddy with a banshee is saying this was a big mistake for me and im gunna blow my engine i should have kept it stock, so hopefully this setup works.want to prove him worng , think hes jelous.lol
  15. and ya i know what you mean now, the double K&n filters that hook up to the carbs directly like a harley.ya i cant have those, i hit to many puddles, and have it out in the rain and stuff

  17. If you dont run in water get POD filters. what do you mean by this.not sure what you mean by if i dont run in water.i hit wet wet puddles sometimes if this is what u mean.
  18. just got some cylinders with a dune port, mide range to top horsepower increase. what should i get with this kit.it says the kit is 365cc. with a 21 cc performance head. right now my bike sits with fmf gold series fatty pipes,uni air filter, lid on, 280 main jet,not sure toher carb settings.tors removed.i just got a new clutch. what should i be getting for this to make engine run healthy. he says i need 400 ish jets.do i need new air filter,lid off.new pipes, carbs bigger, he said stock carbs work very well.
  19. im haveing trouble not screwing. aparently you dont screw it in to check oil leval.

  21. sounds stupid. but was reading through the clymers manual.says when checking the oil, put dip stick into threads, do not screw in. so what do you do, just put the dip stick in te hole untill it cant go further without screwign it in?????or do i screw it in, but just not tight, ???????help me out, dont wana loose my engine when i get my shee really going for the first time since i bought it.
  22. how much should it be for a mechanic to put in a new clutch and bore and get new piston kiyt.
  23. i opened up the oil cap and there was a bit of smoke in there.
  24. i think my clutch is gone. went to rip, it would be running good one second, then sound like it was in neutral ,so it would rev high, thought maybe it wasnt warmed up, was rippin, noticed it getting way worse, couldnt jump anymore, then wwent to leave pit, sounded like i was in neutral through all the gearas and had no pull.i was in 5th tryin to get out going like 5 km an hour.i know it was probily bad for it but had to go like 300 feet, that 300 freet fucked it.i barely got out of the pit, but it sonded like i was ripping, i think it was my clutch as i thought it might be going before.the arrows are way off and other shit.i took it to mechanic, he agrees its probily clutch. what do you think it is.any suggestions about rebuiild???
