  1. How do you adjust the actuator arm. Basket had no grooves in it. hub is brand new. Pressure plate was in good shape. The clutch pulls nice all the way through. so i guess i need to adjust it. how is that done?
  2. Guys, I just rebuilt everything. New clutch, 4 mil stoker, etc. My question is... when my bike idles high (my smaller pilot jets arnt here yet) and i know im idling high. When i put it in first gear and pull in the clutch again the bike still wants to go forward. I have new springs toomy clutch discs and i know everything is put together correctly. Is this due to my bike idling so high? will this go away once i get the correct jetting for idle. I rode it and got in to all gears but when i sit at idle it still moves forward if im in first. what you guys think? Thanks,

  6. Guys, Here is a list of mods. Im just getting done with a rebuild. I have stock carbs and elevation is 794 ft. FMF fatty's Turbine core 2's 12 air box vents Lid on Mod quad air flow system hot rods 4 il crank Milled stock head tors removed +4 timing What should my needle be set at? what size should i start at for my main? what size should i start at for my pilot?   9. Guys, I am reassembling from the rebuild. I cant seem to get the front brakes to bleed. The brake will get hard like its supposed to then after while the pressure in the line will just go away. I cant see it leaking anywhere at all. Ive looked all over the system. All i did when i took it apart was disonnect it at where the hard brake lines meet the hose brake lines. pads are still same ( not new ones). what do you guys think. I bled these things for an hour yesterday so its starting to get annoying. All help appreciated. Thanks in advance,
  10. Guys, I am putting in a hotrods 4 mil crank. I just put on my adjustable timing plate and my flywheel. My ? is do i need that woodruff key? It didnt want to fit that well when i was assembling it. I put the flywheel on and lined it up with the key and torqued it down it brok a small corner off of the key. Is this normal? What you guys think? Thanks
  11. Guys, I have done everything the clymer has told me to do from disassembly to assembly. I split the cases to put a 4 mil crank in. Now i cant get the transmission to cooperate. I am doing the shifting test and I cant get the trans to shift from 1st to 6th without me helping it (spinning gears in trans). If i get it all the way to 6th it wont go down to first and visa versa. The trans was just fine before i took it out for the cleaning and new crank. has anyone ever had this trouble. I can get it to all gears if i aide it. Should i just finish assembling and run it? what could be causing this. the shift forks are in good condittion and all parts are there. I have adjusted the little screw so i think thats correct. Nothing is binding and the gears turn correctly while in the case. Ialso noticed that if i dont spin the trans that it sometimes wont go into gear. What do you guys think?
  12. Guys, I want to remove my parking break but dont want to buy the PB block off. Is there a way to eliminate the PB without buying that little plate?
  13. Guys, I need to replace my oem axle, axle carrier, sprocket hub, Brake hub, etc... I have a 95... Are the parts interchangable if i was to buy something used but newer. Do all years fit?? Thank you
  14. I didnt realize that thing threads out of there... I tried using a socket and hammer to pound it out from the top... Is this wrong? Thank you guys

  22. Guys i am purchasing an adjustable time plate. I have between 150 and 160 psi compression with a wiseco stroker engine. Can i run 93 octane fuel with a 5 degree advance? what is the cutoff of degrees before i get to race gas? Thanks guys.
