    i have a 99 with yellow shock whats the difference? very interested.

    easy way to tell is just unplu the park brake connector. mine was intermintent. sometimes would rev fine others not..

    you dont happen to have parking brake still? also check choke tube. mine was doing same thing and choke tube was off.

    i took a wire wheel to mine, then painted with high temp 1200 degree engine black and they loog great now.
