possible trade for a half-way restored 66 Mustang w/ 289 V-8 w/ Air Conditioning and Power Steering? Runs and drives great, needs some interior work, new paint, and new tires.

Got at car show this week. Any last thoughts ? Was gonna enter the burnout contest, but dont wanna buy new tires and haveta to clean up all ht erubber that would get on the paint.

385 to the wheels is good for those mods on a lt1, the other Ls1's only put about 285 at the wheels ... Ls1's are WAY easier to work on, and respond to modifications better. I own a 1994 Lt1 Z28 and its a blast and opnly has 2.73 in the rear. I use to own a 2000 SS Camaro, liked it better, but parts are a little more pricey. Lt1's are a low-midrange car, while the LS1's are faster on the strip, they have minimal bottom end power, but past around 3600 rpm, HANG ON! As for adding cams, etc. No more than a weekend project.

I know the slides aren't sticking open ... how do you go about finding an air leak?

Hello,my 98 shee has a hard time idling, it runs good on the top end, but bogs from idle-1/2 throttle. After it revs up, it will not rev down, sometimes it will rev down REALLY slow. What causes this? Thx

I have a leak in the front brake resevoir and cannot get it to stop for anything. Theres a little lip on the side fluid keeps leaking out of, I've even tried gasket maker to no avail. Anyone else have this problem? Suggestions? Thanks
