  1. My CR250 did this too, luckily I was able to change the oil and it fixed it. Check your oil, mine was all milky and shit.
  2. Awesome! PM me when you send the paypal and I'll ship them out first thing. Thanks man!
  3. hmm, $45 +shipping and they're yours  or how about $70 shipped for the lines and clamps?
  4. ^exactly what I was thinkin'
  5. I'll take $30 for the brake line clamps and $50 for the brake lines.
  6. I bought a +4 chrome swinger from him at the beginning of the year, probably February. About 2 months later (still swinger-less), I started calling and emailing him everyday and it took me a couple weeks to get him to call me back. When he finally called me back he said he had no records of me ever buying one . I don't know if this was BS or if he really couldn't find any record of payment, but he believed me that I paid and shipped the swinger the next day...at least.
  7. damn that sucks, I wish you the best.
  8. OK, I'll put it back together tonight and do a leakdown test. Now that I think about it... as soon as I cranked it, it was fine idling then it started idling in the higher rpms. Isn't this a sign of an air leak?
  9. Oh yeah, how do I know if my head is warped? Just by visually looking at it or what?
  10. I pulled the head last night and the pistons/cylinders looked fine. I wasn't running it lean, so maybe I do have an air leak. My old intakes was causing an air leak, but I bought brand new intakes. Where else could an air leak be coming from? I wish I would have done a leakdown test before I pulled the head, but didn't think about it at all. ::
  11. I'm not sure what size the chest protector is. I will check when I get home. I'm 6' 1", weigh 150 lbs. and wear a medium shirts and it fits. handlebars, shocks, pipes, pants and jerseys are sold
  12. Nah, just factory milled head. I've already pulled the head and jugs, the pistons would move a little bit side to side but look fine  It's my first two stroke. Everyone has always told me heat cycles are letting it idle, cool down, idle, then let it eat. I know now. I guess this is a major (depressing) learning experience. I'll be getting a billet impeller for sure this go around and not let it idle so long. Thanks to everyone who gave me advice. And to speedy for just trying to make my day even worse , guess some people are just assholes.
  13. well it's blown up for sure...60 psi on the right, 30 on the left :: I learned my lesson. This ruined my week for sure.
  14. Dang, I hope you guys are right. How does everyone do heat cycles if you can't let it idle for that long at a time? Well I sold my pipes just a second ago, so I will have to wait to check the compression...dangit it gonna bother the crap out of me. Are ya'll almost positive it didn't blow up? I can still turn the engine over. Would it blow out oil just from getting hot. Thanks so much for the help guys, I've been worries sick.
  15. Well it was running about 25 minutes. It was fine for the first 15 minutes. Should I try to just replace the impeller, or go pull the f***kin engine again?
  16. I had my shee jetted rich just to go through some heat cycles. I let it idle for about 20 min. I came inside for about 10 minutes and when I went back outside, there was coolant all on the floor (came out of overflow) and oil shot out of the right silencer all in the floor. I took my plugs out and the right side looks WAY rich and the left looks decent (I was doing a plug chop and I broke the right plug, so..no pics). I took my water pump cover off and only about 4 ounces of coolant came out. I tried to spin my impeller and it wouldn't, is it suppose to spin freely? It's the stock impeller btw. Do yall think I blew it up? I'm so bummed, I've been building it since December and finally got my jets in the mail today. :shoothead: I wanted to see what yall though before I take the head off and look at the pistons. Gol, I don't know what to do.
