I need to know if lonestar ever made a stock length a arm. Im looking at a used set and the guy thinks they are stock length. I looked on their site and they are all extended. Thanks

Can any machine shop lighten the flywheel. I'm getting ready to put the adjustable timing plate on and wanted to have the flywheel lightened while I have it off.

What size and length of studs do I need to install a cool head. I bought one used and didnt get the studs with it. Ive heard of people using allen head bolts also? Anyone ever try that? Thanks

Ive just picked up some more goodies for my 03 and now I'm down to carbs. I now have pro circuit platinum pipes,Open kn filters,v force 3,cool head with 19cc,adjustable timing plate. Its not ported as of now but I'm hoping to get it done in the next couple months. Im running stockers now. Whats the better choice for farm,woods,and the occasional fly by the neighbors house riding? Go with bigger twins (What size) Or a 2n1 kit with a 35mm? One last thing, Do the billet boss style intakes help performance any? Thanks, For all future replies. This site is killer

I contacted the guy. He says they looked fine when removed and he never noticed it. Also says it ran fine. Is it possible he used them like this? I popped the reeds out and its actually part of the mounting flange where it bolts on the jug.

I guess my upload didnt work. If you look at your pic. Straight above your arrow point is the mounting holes where they bolt to the jug. The black bar runs from side to side. Its right above your arrow.

I just got a set of vf3 reeds I bought off the net. They look real good except for one thing. I dont have a pic so i will try to describe the problem. Anyone who has had a set of these in their hand should know what Im talking about. If you lay them flat like on a table you are looking at the point where the two reeds meet. At the bottom of the reeds there is a thin plastic bar that goes over the reeds. The problem is one of the bars is missing. It wasnt in the package and looks like it was actually part of the flange. Are these usable like this or are they junk? Thanks for the help/

That would be my guess on the plugs. Drain the fuel and swap the plugs.
