ok... well... i bought this shee about a year ago. pretty much stole it from some idiot for $1500.00 its a 1994 stock juggs, but after meeting this idiot, i dont know if hes had any crappy porting done, or what bore it is on(if it has even ever been bored). its got the trinity 2into1 carb set up with a 33pwk, which i dont really think is worth a damn for the way i like to ride. this guy also had some fmf gold series pipes on which i would like to scrap. it had some jetting and shifting problems, so, after i got it, i tore the engine completely down. turned out i had some worn out shift forks. i replaced those and also installed the "shift pro" shift kit and a modified star. now it shifts like butter. i also installed a prodesign cool head with 16cc domes. now what i would like to do... throw on a 4mm cub kit with a dune port, go back to the dual carb setup(maybe 39pwk) and still undecided on the pipes id like to run. dumont is my stomping ground. duning and hill shooting is really all i do. i dont need to be the fastest person out there, just would like to contend with the average of them while still being able to have fun and mess around. as far as a buget... im not broke, but im not rich! i just like "im broke" pricing as much as the next guy. if i could figure out what something like this would cost(from somewhere reasonable), i do the labor myself and then i dont have to pay some shop some outrageous amount of money to get it.

right side not firing(but backfiring)... pulled the plug and it was CAKED... so i switched it out and it was still not firing... changed the plug again and switched the wires... right side was still not firing(so that should rule out the coil) havent checked the reeds yet... figure the reed could be fucked and pushing too much fuel without air and not allowing the spark to ignite... but if the reed was stuck open wouldnt it backfire though the carb? by the way it wouldnt be a carb problem, as i am running a 2 into 1. any thoughts?

so... i have heard that toomey t5 pipes are the best you can get... they are obviously popular. but i was wondering if they are truely the best you can get. looking for some insight from you more experianced riders that have maybe tried multiple pipes, and have learned through trial and error what seems to work best. i will be doing alot of duning/hillshooting. any and all info is greatly appreciated. thanks!

just completely rebuilt my bike... i have the trinity 2 into 1 with a 33pwk 50 pilot 185 main needle on mid clip. FMF gold series pipes, K&N filter, cool head with 18cc domes, running c12 fuel 32:1 ratio, its 56 degrees out right now. bike will not idle, hardly any low end, running very fat, pulled both plugs... one cylinder seems much fatter than the other. any ideas.... im lost!

As far as bolts go... your yama dealer doesnt sell kits(at least mine doesnt) but they can look up every bolt individually and order them... probably your best bet. might be a little pricey, but at least you know what your getting.... my bike looks like your pics right now too.... just bought it for 1500 buck from the biggest idiot ive ever met! only thing wrong with it was jetting and some f*cked up shift forks! in process of reassembly!!!
