on the airstriker carbs the vent hoses come up over the top of the carb is there a reason for this. i want to replace all the vent hoses bc there rock hard do i have to route them up over the top with the new hoses
just got a 421 cheetah cub i havent put it in yet i have 35 mm pwks now from a different motor should i use these or shoud i go with bigger carbs? what kinda power am i sacraficing by stayng with the 35mm this is a gas motor
what do you guys think of t rex jugs i have a set drag ported for a 7 mill and they need the bridge welded and new sleeves wondered if its worth the 800 dollers to fix it
i have a 4 mill banshee with shears pipes in frames and 35mm carbs port work bout 80 hp and im running 20 inch gncc rear tires with a 38 rear sprocket and 15t front just downsized from a 16 to a 16 and now the 15 and have a hard time leaving in 2nd without losing the power band i used to be able to hit it every time with stock carbs and t6 pipes it definatly runs good everywhere else but cant get her outa the hole. i donno if the tires hook really well and i got a new farm and sand toys clutch and its not slipping at all or what but i dont wanna gear down any more but what else can i do to get her to get out of the hole?
going to the dunes here in a few weeks. im geared at 17 38 with 20 inch holeshot tires for the dunes im going to be running 22 inch 8 paddel tires. will i need to down my gearing. racing in wet sand
does it make the front end come up alot easier im stretched 4 inches and it stays down very well with the shock very soft. but am i stretched eneough for a 80 hp motor with strut
around here locally we have annual grass drags 2 times a year bout 50 4 wheelers show up and alot of sleds too. usually someone just drops there hands all day to start ppl but i built a 4 light tree where all the lights are timed by relays and the whole thing is activated by one switch. iv looked into buying a manufactured one but couldnt find n e thing what do you guys use .ill post a pic of it soon
how long does it take to get plug color on the tip of the electrode and the white porcelin part you can see without choping. just got new plugs and i ran it a few times up and down the field and then pulled the plugs and saw almost no change. i know the correct way to do it is to chop them but just wanted to know
i put a 17 on front with no case saver. i cont go any smaller in the back im already at 38 tooth helped alot with the shears pipes. im running 19 mxr4s prolly going to go to 20s and drop to 16 t front
what for jetting for a mildly ported , 4 mill stroker, slight bore. 35mm airstrikers and just got shearer small bore in frames what needle, mains, and piolets u guys think?
