ive got almost the same setup and elevation is close and in summer I run 330. as a guessyou should be at 350 for the mains.

fitz did you get the link I posted? its a good faq on jetting.your clip on the needle is 2nd from the top? and is it a stock needle? if so move that to the pointy end 1 position and try that. the needle controls 1/4 to3/4 throttle so if thats where the problem is thats what you want to work on. dont chage to much, I'd change one thing at a time. the main jet controls wide open throttle. where exactly does your bike bog at? ill pm you the link also...

wacko you sure your not lean on the needle? if you had all the work done and didnt change anything id think your leanis it the 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 throttle position?

where did you get 350 mains at I cant find any over 330 thanks
