When i first bought my banshee an we was towing it home on the trailer, we stopped to gas up an i wanted to start it an i kicked it a good 50 times an not 1 hit then i let it dit for a minute pulled the choke all the way out kicked it 5 times an she fired up.

The carb looks brand new on the inside, i cleaned every single part of it, i pulled them 12 times each in hope of adjusting the float an checking other stuff ect..........im putting new plugs in it tomorrow, hope that does the trick.

The stinger pipe fell off the left side it was to hott to put it back on so i set it on my nerf bar an was riding my banshee back home i decided i would see how it sounds without that pipe if i was to hit the powerband, so you know i was going down the road it was running boggish like it has been ever since i got it an no power when on the powerband well anyways it was loud then i hit the powerband you know not much power likes it supposed to have an it got quite, it quit firing on the left cylinder i figured i would put the stinger pipe back on that side an take the one off the right side an seen if it did the same thing, well i went up the road an back down the road with the right side stonger pipe off an that one never cut out. So there for it has crossed my mind its not firing on the left cylinder at high RPMS which is also the reason that when i hit the powerband i really don't have any power. Every now an then when i'm riding an its on the powerband it will have a sudden burst of power then stop again which means the left cylinder started firing again then stopped. Get what i mean now? Sorry if i was talking noob. hahahha

No no no the peice that connects the silencer an the head pipe fell off, ok well i put it back on an took the right side off an i could hear the exhaust all the way up the road where the left side quit making noise so it has to be cutting out.

I was riding my banshee just a few minutes ago an the pipe that connects my head an silencer came off an it was hott so i couldn't put it back on so i was riding it to the house an i got on the throttle an you know i said it was boggish an all that well you know it was loud an i was going down the road then all a sudden it got quiet an not much power like usuall so i think my left cylinder is cutting out at higher RPMs. because the left pipe wasn't as loud anymore it just got quite but still running on only the right side i belive, so maybe it isn't my carbs its my left cylinder cutting out. any ideas on what i would have to replace? or check?

All blaster bumpers are the same. It's in good shape. Sorry no aftermarkets just what's listed there. I can gets pics.

Timing could be off by a couple teeth on the cam gear, or you could have water/dirt clogging a jet.

Lookin to trade some blaster parts for banshee parts or sell, this is what i have...... Blaster front fenders (black) good shape not broken Key with key works great blaster headlight with brand new bulb an mounting braket blaster swingarm has to small holes drilled in it stock front bumper with that plastic peice 05 wiring harness with CDI box 1 brand new rear shock (silver spring) 1 used shock great shape (yellow spring) hydraulic rear caliper mechanical rear caliper 02 an below blaster hood (black) gas tank swingarm skid plate gas tank cover (black) like i said looking to sell this stuff or trade for banshee parts.

Yea i got some grit in the PC fan i mounted on my blaster for cooling an it stopped working. -
ok the needle valve is worn out so when i adjusted the float still nothin happened they continued to leak so i will have to get new ones.

one plug was golden brown the other was lil black an wet, im pretty sure i get the carbs to stop leaking then the motor will run like a top, i just had the carbs off cchecking the jet sizes an making sure there clean i should have adjusted the float while i was at it to get them to stop leaking. i will adjust the floats an post back later on an see what i have came up with an how it ran.

ok well i got my first banshee 2 days ago an it starts up first an second kick everytime an runs great at low rpms an idles great, well when i'm going right before it hits the powerband its boggish. I can hold it there an pull the clutch in an let it out really fast an it will jump on the powerband an be really strong then all a sudden it will get weaker but still stay on the powerband The carbs are clean, stock jets pilot an main the only upgrade is an air filter an silencers, which doesnt require rejetting. i noticed the carbs leak out the over flow like a constant drip, an i'm thinkin thats the prob. anyone else have any other ideas of what it could be or do you think that would be the prob also? Thanx for any help.
