Slight bog usually means its a little rich on the pilot, 0-1/4 throttle tells me that you need to raise the clip 1 notch on the slides (wich will lower the slides to lean it just a tad). you will have to most likely re-adjust the the A/F screw. If it makes it worse then the "bog" is actually a "hesitation" and you will have to lower the clip down 1 notch from the original middle notch (wich will raise the slides to richen it slightly) Again adjusting of the A/F screw will be needed. Have had this happen to me outta the blue as well. Is it possible the water is being vaporized as its entering the carbs and therefor displaceing the octane of the fuel plus distrubting the mixture making it lean out?

I'm at 600ft ASL,030 over,trail port,20cc domes,TDR reeds,full fmf fatty's, stock carbs,K&N,full airbox with no snorkle,cover with 8x 1inch holes. At 65 deg F 27.5 pilots and 300 mains is what I gotta run. I have to work to keep the fronts on the ground. Them mains to me are way to small , you have gotta be running lean.

I would first believe carb issue. When the bike starts pull the choke on. If putting on the choke allows the bike to start to idle and or the bike runs better at under 1/8 throttle then that means pilots are to small or clogged up. If you have not done a compression test on it I would suggest to do that as well, Low compression will not allow the crankcase to create enough vacume to draw enough air through the carbs. This will not allow the cylinders to get enough atomized mixture to fire. My best guess is you got issues with your pilot jets.

Pull the plugs,drop some fuel down the holes,put the plugs back in. Kick it over and if it starts then it narrows it down to either carb issue's or compression issues.

Look into a carb sync tool, it measures the airflow and allows you to sync them up.
