  1. Thats a fighting question. if i were you i would research it and see what sounds better. when you talk to them see if he wants to help you or just make money. a good shop with ask you questions.
  2. i would pull off the cylinders and see what it looks like. it may be froze but they will come apart. you shouldnt need new cylinders. 50 overs not bad you have a few more bores to go yet depending if the skirt is snapped off or not. i cant say what happened but pull those jugs and post pics.
  3. I run PJ 34 or 35mm carbs. not sure what one but she runs amazing. i dont have port work but i think that if i did it would run allot better. my mods are also below.
  4. thats not a bad looking bike. i would call cascade and get a seat to match the front and rear fenders with some black for the tank covers and call it a day. with a nice seat that blends that could look very nice. for example my seat, with the lower part of the seat yellow.
  5. well , i got my grill from DJ and its killer. he does awesome work. i cant say anything bad. i will purchase from again.
  6. a friends banshee does the same. we cant figure it out. we were led to believe the bottom steering stem and the stopper it sits in was wore but its not. maybe thats your problem.

I was working on routing the cable for the thumb throttle that i just installed and cant stand and i wanted to take the side tank shrouds off to see better and now i have a screw stuck in the tank towards the back of the tank closest to the seat. i`m guessing the threads are spinning inside the tank. i didnt put much time into it to try to get it out but is there an easy way of doing this or do i just buy a new tank before i have to take it off.
  10. I cut my fronts and loved it so much i bought a new front race cut fender. do it you will love it.
  11. my shee is a 87. to strip it by hand would be a bitch. that would take some time. if you have a air compressor or access to one just go on ebay and pick up a $30 sand blaster.
  12. I wrote the guy and his response is below.................. this head is an old design from trinity, they quit making them because of the price of ignition to run it. new stator different coils and so on. they did say it was a great design and runs well. you could run your ignition as is.

  17. what they said except now that i have my banshee i want a second one. one that i would build from scratch. it would take more money then time but it would be the way i want it to the T and not just a good running looking shee. more of a show bike/beater. if its your first i would say get a good running banshee and make it the way you want it if not hope you got a good job and no woman to say NO.

  19. you can also get laker Black plastic with a yellow/green colored frame (antifreeze color) and dont forger the 200w stator w/billet torch stock mount lights. i think all of that would be a good start.

I think you should get a Coolhead with 19cc domes, Cpi pipes, bigger carbs, better reeds, advanced timing, lockout clutch, extended swinger, and take off the boost bottle. its just like taking a lawnmower to a Klan rally, its not cool but yea top that off with killer port job and report back hahaha. just messing with you. i cant comment on the rims. to fancy for me.

  22. where did you get your numbers? i bin wondering the same thing. i have 19cc domes and run 92 octane with no problem but was thinking of running VP fuel.
