Unless this is a joke, I'd say its save to say, its not helping the sale.
"02 banshee- bad bearings, flat front tire, Bent frame, pulls to the left...then the right, Orange powerband, oversize valves, Stage 2 cam, only runs on 1 cylinder"
Trails, hillclimbing, occasional mx race through mountains, feilds, streams etc. I need an all in one, total package banshee here.
I'm looking to buy a shee and have found quite a few I like but all have different set ups. And to be honest, all this 2 into 1 carbs, porting, yada yada is like chinese to me.
Thanks for your help because I need it
Thanks for the invite, thats very appreciated and I might just take you up on that someday. I have friends that live north of you somewhere in the hills too. but first, I got to get a freakin banshee. Been looking but just cant seem to find that perfect quad yet ::  :yelrotflmao:
I went atving last year for a whole day all through the poconos in the mountains and the next day I could barely move. I'm 38 but and in good shape but not like back in the day. As for the raceing, I wouldnt be worried about competing too hard, mainly just for fun and the taste of mud again. Been awhile :yucky: :yelrotflmao:
Thanks,
yeah just curious.I just want to race a couple races a year and the beaverdale hillclimb basically for fun and a few getaways from home during the summer
Anyone race this schedule through http://www.racetristate.com/Movies/movies.html
And do you race it on a shee? All their movies show 4 strokes so wondering if a shee would survive some of the tracks and mud these guys ride in.
thanks!
I'm sure he'd come down some but I was thinking the same thing. I can buy a new 06' for under 5k too. Been looking for a couple weeks and guess I'll have to just wait for that perfect deal.
Thanks,
Heres one of the "local" shees that has my interest. Anyones here? As far as I know, there has been no motor work done to this at all since it was new. What do you think its worth?

The shees i'm looking to buy (have a few on my list) all have a stock SA's on them and I had a quote of $1,000 from the local dealer to install a new chrome +4, this includes the price for the new SA also. Just wondering if I might be able to do it myself. I'm guessing I would need a longer chain also. Trust me, i'm no mechanic but when I do eventually (soon) get a shee, I'm going to have to learn some mechanical stuff.
All the "Bad Ass" banshees are out west. There aint shit on craigs list or ebay from the east coast compared to whats out west. You west coasters are banshee freaks for sure.
How does the process work if I buy a banshee online from say out west to ship to east coast. I dont want to pay all up front without knowing its on a trailer ready to come my way. How does this normally work?
thanks!
Check out the movies with "Quads"
Not exactly "MX" but right up my alley. Would love to do this and slaughter all these damn 4 strokes  Actually, would love to do it just for fun. I'm waiting for a reply on information about the races, registration rules etc. I seen exactly one 2 stroke in one of the races

I'm back after a long time away and no, not in prison. Life took me off the banshee trail for awhile and financially just not in the cards.

FTR, alot of the shees that have gotten my attention all seem to be out west. so not sure how to go about buying off say ebay and shipping etc. worried I'll pay for something out west and never get it so any help there also appreciated!
Thanks for helping out!
