yea dude! i mixed up my hoses (had the overflow comming off the raid. connected to my case vent. i had tranny fluid pissing out my seals! and i unscrewed my dip stick and it sounded like opening a beer. pssshhhh opps! :wallbash:

DO NOT connect your rad overflow to the back case vent under the motor mount. that will put pressure in your case, along with coolant. run your over flow to the ground (or overflow bottle if you have one) then take your case vent in the back and connect it to the T fitting along with your water pump tube. then run a tube off the top of the T to nothing, just make the tube higher so it dosnt get water in it.

researching Hydraulic Clutches. any input guys?

this is a BRAND NEW shift shaft, only one ride on it (saturday) no matter how much you adjust the cam adjustment it still hangs up, i had the problem after i put the modded shift star in it, so i figured it was the shaft, so jeff sent me new shaft, springs, and that cam screw adjustment deal. so my question for you is what does jeff do to modify the shaft? my guess is make the "C" part of it wider? and of course the new spring haha Yes SHIFT STAR. I was at silver lake saturday and i was dragging mostly all day. i was doing 2nd gear starts and speed shifing, coming out of 3rd, my shifter would be stuck up! i had this problem before so i bought a new shifter assembly. i have a modded shift star and i think that the dowels are too big in diameter so the C shaped lever wont spring back to catch another gear. my question is should i attempt to turn down those little dowels? or throw the SHIT STAR away?? :wallbash:

Im wondering what would be the best size tire i should be running, I have skat trac haulers 20-11-9 8 paddle right now. i have a +4 swinger also. i know i should be on a taller tire. any ideas?

clean your pilots and choke jet, its located in the bottem of the bowl down the hole on the choke side carb.

for preping the plastics i used this stuff i got from napa. i cant think of the name of it, but its something gel, its got micro beeds in it and its a degreaser. its in the painting section, or ask someone there, they will know what your talking about. I also used napa paint out of their oem paint books, 2 stage! works great

sounds like your slides are in backwards. make sure the cutout is facing the air filter.

i wouldnt change jets on the dunes! to many parts to lose! go back to the parking lot and change em
