get a GOOD set of tools! knock off brands usally mess up the heads of the bolts. craftzman and snapon are very good brands. also when you get everything unbolted, take your cylinders to a mechine shop and get them to mic your cylinders and check your piston to cylinder wall clearance. if you need it bored with new rings they will tell you. good luck man and dont pay 800, thats a waste! need any help just about everyone on the HQ would love to help you out.

what about k&n filter? i always heard they improve gas milage.

haha vitos blows man, all i ever hear is storys about shit messing up i was talking to vitos on the phone and they told me not to buy a vitos piston and you get what you pay for.. so that really sums it up

i already ordered my pistons, got the cylinders bored, head milled, ported, and the ports chamfered.

alot of the engine wise parts are already gone, but i still do have a boyesen rad valve and the carb. let me know what you need and ill hook you up. these are my main items i need. Coil Clutch plates Headstuds Dust caps, front bumper some type of bars (renthal, pro taper or tag..) larger carbs, boyesen rad valves new pipes..lol front and rear rims, offer what you got man.

i have a complete bike, i just sold a whole bunch of stuff on ebay so let me know what you need. and yes i will sell the back wheel tire is almost done though. good tube and rim though.

just use everything new so you dont have to come back in a later time and replace. better safe then sorry, and always use wiseco or pro-x pistons. oem is very good as well, its better to replace the piston then to find out you cracked a skirt and then have many problems. i cant remember what the difference between cat and forged i was told by my builder but forgot :geek:

okay i just had a bunch of stuff done to my shee, which i cant wait to get it fully back together, i need help jetting it a bit, i just dont know where to start. its a basic 90' shee, full bills pipes, milled head 0.20, freshly bored .50 over, wiseco pro lite pistons, he opened up my intake port a little not a full port, uni filter with a outerware, oh and some boyesen power reeds. quite positive i got everything i got on the quad listed. im thinking i should start with a 260 main and 32.5 pilot not sure, i try running 300s in my stock engine and that was WAY WAY to much.
