  2. possibly a 4 mil engine.

  4. Yea, I have a boost bottle
  5. I need the intake piece that goes between the carb and the cylinder. Mine cracked right where the crossover tube fits in.
  6. How much for the elka's? What type of a-arms do you have? Thanks
  7. Do you have the crossover tube between the carbs on. I've made this mistake before.
  8. I'm interested also. I live in NW Arkansas. Could you send me some pics? [email protected]
  9. How much do you want for the kid?
  10. Did a search on here and I think I figured it out.
  11. Trying to make sure I route all the breather hoses right. Where does the hose that connects in the bottom of the water pump cover run to? Does it go to the radiator overflow? Does the hose at the top of the radiator run to the top or bottom of the radiator overflow container? Thanks guys
  12. Are the dust covers on the a-arms still good? If so let me know how much shipped to 72727.
  13. Great. Thanks. Total rebuild should be done tonight! Can't wait to fire her up!
  14. OK. Do you know which lead goes to which cylinder?
  15. When putting the ignition back on the frame do the spark plug leads go to the clutch side or the flywheel side of the engine. I think its the clutch side but not 100% sure. Also, which lead goes to which cylinder. Thanks, guys
  16. Let me know if you got some.
  17. Here's the parts that I still need. -front tires -rear tires and wheels -ignition key assembly for a 2001 -thumb throttle and cable -exhaust clamps -headlights -front shocks -nerf bars (black or grey netting) If you have any of these let me know, as I am trying to finish this thing up.
  18. I am going to need to split the cases because one of the pistons broke and fell into the crankcase. My question is do I have to pull my flywheel or can I just take off the stator bolts and pull the top case out with the flywheel still bolted on the crank? I have split the cases on my last banshee, but I had to have the local Yamaha shop pull the flywheel as I don't have a puller.
  19. I am trying to find the water pump, and clutch gears that are on the end of the crankshaft. I also need the woodruff key and nut. Does any one have these that they would sell? Thanks
  20. Still have the pipes?
  21. I found out that the local yamaha shop put my slides in backwards. I switched them and it runs great! But I still am having trouble with the idle. I currently have the 25 pilots in and adjusting the air screw doesn't seem to be helping.
  22. I ride in NW Arkansas at ~1200 feet. With the 25 pilot it runs great from 1/4 throttle to full. But it lags from idle to 1/4. I changed to a 27.5 and it seems too rich as it smokes alot and it doesn't have any pep. Should I try to adjust my needle with the 25 or the 27.5.
  23. I'm looking for a pair of exhaust clamps. I have pro-circuit pipes, looking for anything that will fit. Anybody have any?

  25. Hey guys I could use a little help. I'm trying to get the shee jetted right. I have found that a 280 main is perfect after looking at my plugs, I had a 300 but was too rich. However there seems to be a little lag on the bottom end. I had a stock 25 pilot so I put in 27.5 thinking this would do it, but it seems to be too rich now as it doesn't have any snap to it it just kind of bogs around. What do I need to do? I have the air screw set to what the book says ( 2 turns out). Is this too much... not enough? I have stock carbs with the TORS removed. I'm about to pull my hair out. Thanks guys
