yes just cut off the tab make sure you have clearance on the backside of the new tube you put in for the steering stem to clear

what kind of arms are you getting

I do alot of hard riding and jumping! i dont think the YFZ A-Arms work on the bottom. I have awesome a-rms on my nike +2+1 uniball style with an awesome warranty. great price too. a friend of mine also has the drag arms, he loves them.
