i never rode in hazleton but i did hear a few stories last year about state troopers showing up and towing trucks and writting tickets

the raptor is alot heavier, i was just readin a comparison in ATv sport the other day, they had the pooplaris 525, ktm 525 and raptor 700, they weighed them all with the right amount of oil in them and only 1 gallon of gas in each: raptor 700=428 lbs, pooplaris=391, ktm=368, 60 pounds lighter is a huge difference! the ktm sounds like its gona be one nasty quad, all these tests they did though all 3 were pretty dam close, they are talkin about tenths , in some cases hundredths of a second in 0-60 runs and 660 foot races and stuff like that, so maybe you can give us an unbiased opinion, we all know how the magazines arnt always 100% truthful

yea i see all the guys in magazines run the standard razr's on back and the razr 2's up front seems to be the hot ticket for the xc

ive seen quite a few people up there with realtors, they seem to pretty popular, and like u said i have seen a couple guys with every other row cut off, probably work great on those hills

yep ill agree with that, to climb some of those hills you NEED mud tires...no way around it.. my gncc's hook up awesome in everything, but those coal hills are a different story, unless you have good momentum you just slowly sink, and its not a good feeling

razr 2's , they will last alot longer then any holeshots,hook up great, and are alot tougher than those kenda tires

im sure they take into account the suspension geometry of the bike, the weight of the bike its goin on, ect ect, i wouldnt order z400 shocks and somehow think just because they are the right lenght that they will be setup correctly for a +2 banshee long travel front end..

its all personal preference, anyone can tell you a bad story about one of the big 3, or about one of their friends trucks and what went wrong with it.. i can sit here and talk about the 3 chevy 1500's friends of mine have owned and how all have all had tranny and/or rear end problems way before 100k miles, but that doesnt make them ALL junk, i have an f150 that has 90k+miles on it and never had a problem.. that doesnt make ford better though, buy what YOU want, your the one whos gotta sit in it and drive it every day, no car company is perfect, but if your lookin for the one closest, go for ford! hahah :biggrin:

dam, i saw diesel for $4 yesterday and thought that was bad. i wouldnt park that thing anywhere near the coal hills or that parking lot we go to, if you do id drive away from the main strip, you see how some of those people are, they are assholes, youd come back from riding and itd be covered in stone chips and dust and mud

yea i been seeing alot of those on the road now, very nice trucks, i never driven the new ones, but ive driven a few of the 2002's and that style with the 5.3, sweet trucks definitly , you gona get it equipped with the 4 cylinder mode? you new yorkers must be gettin raped on gas i bet

yea i dont see a titan smokin a new mustang gt, they rate those titans 0-60 at 7.5 seconds, which is fast as hell for a truck.. but even the new mustang gt will do it under 6 seconds

yea i put em in with the pointy end sticking into the hole.. and as soon as i put the seat on and push it down to latch the back, they both pop off.. im lost

i thought we were talkin about gas engines here....? theres no way an old 5.3 is gettin over 20 mpg... when the new ones can only muster that while runnign on 4 cylinder mode ..

credit schmedit,,, thats still a $45-50k truck the wway it sits, we have a toyota dealership like 2 miles down the road from me with tons of them out front, they are so nasty

your old mans toyota is fuckin NASTY , if i had my choice (and a huge stack of cash) id go for the toyota, most of these japanese cars and trucks are more american than the american brands now..keep that in mind, while big companies like Gm are closing plants and moving over seas for cheap labor, companies like toyota are opening plants in the states i think the guys talkin about 20+mpg in their 4wd chevies are out of their mind.. they know they are... the new ones with the cylinder deactivation are only gettin that much on the highway, how is yours gettin the same, or better, runnin off all 8 ? yea right!!!!!!! and those 5.3 make plenty of power to pull lots of stuff, the 6.0 must chug gas whatever you get, make sure you get the gold trim package so you blend in on the island!
