  1. I've actually got a similar setup to your girlfriend. But smaller scale. Only a 24x60. I've got a loft type deal like he does that I've got a bunch of other crap stored on. Thought about putting them up there. But then I gotta move the other shit.
  2. I've got prob 15-20' of wasted ceiling height in my shop and thought it would be cool to build some sort of shelf storage system to store bikes on. Thinking I could probably stack 3-4 bikes high and free up a buncha floor space. Not sure how I'd get the bikes up there yet. Couple ideas running around my head. Any ideas or anybody already done this?
  3. I think the problem is you said they're junk. You expressed your opinion and rest of us said you're a moron. So we expressed our opinion. They are similar performing, similar constructed pipes. If I was in the market I'd take any of the three if the price was right. I just picked up a bike for my kid that has PCs on it. I'd rather have some FMFs with spark arrestors on it personally so I don't have to listen to it. But there a preference. I guess if youd like for us to be on your side you need to make a decent argument. Say something like you really don't care for the performance because you heard PCs make a horse or two on top. That's something we could debate and makes sense. Not just they're junk. Rant done.
  4. I'm at dinner with Donnie right now. He doesn't appreciate your negative comments toward his product.
  5. I ain't a fun guy. Hope to shoot it soon. But who knows. Might sit in the closet for the next ten years.
  6. I'm not saying they're better, I'm saying there's probably not really that much difference between the three. Ya argue all you want. You do know FMF makes like 3 different pipes for the banshee right? You've got a doofus argument with no facts behind it other than personal preference.
  7. Also have a Trinity billet water pump cover $40 or equal trade Billet impeller $25 or equal trade billet dip stick $20 or equal trade Pro design billet EZ drain impeller cover $15 or equal trade
  8. Define "Athena built"? Just a cylinder? Is it ported? If so what kind of porting? What size bore and stroke? What head are you running? What gas? I wouldn't go to 39s. Lil big. Maybe 33-35 depending on motor size and how you ride the thing. Do some looking around on here and see what other setups are running. Might try switching to shearer or maybe even sniper pipes from the cpis. Lil more top end.
  9. Fix the electrical issue if that's it, then recheck your plugs. Jetting sounds lean with pods. Depends where you are too I guess.

  11. I know which ones I don't. You better sell em before it gets posted. Haha
  12. Lil rich.
  13. Wtf drama queen?! Where's those results? Atleast post a link to the planet sand thread! Oh wait, you put it on the important site. Ill to check FB.
  14. Knowing this is an ancient thread, but I doubt there's that much difference in any if them. Fmfs are decent pipes. They're just as good of quality as those other two. The older I get I'd rather have the fmfs. Get the turbine core silencers and they're prob a bit louder.
  15. Damn, I'm going to put my price at 30 then. Recoup some gas money.
  16. For half of Tyler's price ill just tell ya....
  17. Oh I got ya. Shoulda tried for salt lake. I've got a buddy just retired after spending quite a few years at Hill. That would put ya in the middle between the real little Sahara in Utah and st Anthony's. plus Moab is close and who knows what else. Woulda put ya close to finch though. Big downside...
  18. Gong from stock carbs to 33s on a ported cub would definetly be worth it. I don't have any numbers to puke out, but a ported cub is going to flow WAY more than a set if stock cylinders. Bigger carbs would be beneficial.

  20. To set the idle air fuel, get it to is somehow. Once somewhat warmed up, get the air fuel screws to say 1 1/2 turns out. Both equal. Then turn both screws equally in or out half to 1/4 turn at a time until you get the highest possible idle. If you have to turn the screws out past 2 1/2-3 turns you prob are too big. Doubt that's the case. If you're in past 1 turn or so you are prob too small on the pilot. Which would be my guess. Once set it should rev from idle pretty crisp.
  21. Boise is still 5 hours from St Anthony's. Are you transferring with work or something?
  22. Ya that sight kinda sucks. Bought some decent parts off there, but never really cared for it.
  23. I've got an ltr. There's already an HQ I think though.
