Try dropping your Klotz Down to 32.1 I use Klotz 2 and that is how i mix mine

If im not mistakin u take the top bolt out pivot the caliper on the bottom stud put the pads on and push it back on

I think after being on this site 4 a couple of months im just going to leave my Banshee stock for the simple fact that over half the ppl having problems is the ones that decided to build it up to the hilt Im not tring to star nothing but I rather leave it stock then try to build it up just to have problems I did just rebuild the top end withe wiseco but that is as far as im going One more ? do u all know what a Banshee Is

By the way the piston is installed the right way cuz that will cause it to back fire 2 the arrow to the exausht

Mine did the same thing when i put my top end back on and 1 of the carb slides was hung wide open I took the slide back out cleaned it put it back on and it ran like a champ and idoled

My Banshee Did the similiar thing would turn one way lock up then back the other way and it ended up the rings on the right piston came apart and it was getting cought in the ports

Just a thought r u replacing the wrist pin bearings if they go out that will cause piston to rock side ways in cylnder 2

Get a long screw driver and b patint once u get the one side of the other side is much easer as 4 the brake fluid have some one hold the brake and check 4 leaks as for the rotor gard just pound it back straight the r kind of flimsy

I put a 12 tooth sprocket on the front and left the old chain and rear sprocket on and I havent had a prob If it is a O-ring chane u should B fine

I Had the Kick Prob Got it tor apart and found the rings broke in on side

thnks for the help it was running fine when I loaded it it in the truck I fig it was somthing like that just checking

Went riding today everything worked fine load it up got home pulled it out of my truck went to kick it it kicked once then i went to kick it again and the kicker locked up as soon as u un fold it it will not move any sugg Bfor i tear into tomorrw any help would B appp
