  2. That was funny, but i think he was glad it happend. He finally had a reason to take his shirt off,I hate that fuckin queer.
  3. Killer funny,but soooo true.
  4. Ya all the hi-temp powder coatings i have used have like a sand-tex finish to them,so i could see how mud would stick them.
  5. Holly crap that is alot, haha sorry guys.
  6. I run a powder coating shop in alberta ,canada, im not sure about the parts #s but i do have the black and its made by tiger/drylac and i know du pont and morton make a hi-temp silver,I`ll check the # tomarrow for the black that i have.
  7. What,I did a search i could`nt find any pics of one on here.If there is sorry don`t wanna piss anyone off.
  8. Just thought you guys would like to see the 07 shee,If you really wanted one Canada is not that far.
  9. Don`t get me wrong it works [sand blasting] But if you plan to powder coat it afterwards you don`t get the greatest finish unless you sand the crap out of it first. If you beed blast you just have to clean any oil off and spray it.
  10. If they do get it your going to have to change your name from shee`s mine to shee`s gone.
  11. If it looks like shit chances are that it was`nt sanded or anything so a good presure washer should blast it right off, using acetone, paint srtipper or paint thinner will take the factory paint off too.If you do have to strip it,NEVER EVER SANDBLAST,sandblast is for rust.Plastic bead blast or walnut shell blast works best.
  12. Make sure you use a good compression tester and not some $20 tester,I made that mistake[cheap tester 90psi,MAC tools tester 120psi]still need to rebuild the topend but thats a big differance.

    Can-am

I just watched some vids on youtube with some renegades and outlanders, holy crap they look like they pull hard.
  14. Cool guys thanks,I`ll do the leakdown test to make sure there are no leaks.I think it will be ok,the compression has been slowly going down over the past few years,i think is over do for a top end rebuild.

    should i ?

My boss just bought a new can-am renagade 800 i think thats what its called, but anyways he said he wants to race my stock banshee, should i or will he kill me?
  17. Well 60hrs might have been a high guess,it could be as low as 30hrs but i would hate to think that 60 would be considered high.God forgive me but if thats the case mabye a four stroke is starting to look not so bad. ::
  18. I would buy it today, but i doubt you want to drive to alberta, canada, how much do you think it would cost to ship? You can`t find i nice used banshee for sale up here unless you want to spend 7500-10,000.
  19. Where i live and ride im lucky to get to 4th gear and to be honest it scares the crap out of me stock,so i think i`ll leave it that way.I think the guys getting 70hp are insane, but what i want to know is after only 60 hours on it could my crank be screwed already?
  20. I have a stock 2001 banshee, well it has fmf sst pipes and a boost bottle but other than that its stock. It has no more than 60 hrs on it.I did a compresion test the other day and it read 90 in each cylnder so i am going to assume its time to rebuil the top end.But what i was wondering is the crank going to be ok?It runs fine and this will be its first top end rebuild, but some of the dealerships say it may be time for a new crank,is this true or are they just tring to rob me like usual.
