I guess I got lucky with the dealership i bought my shee at... started out wanting a raptor but he talked me into buying a banshee, since then i have gotten nothing but good advice from him about my bike.. i guess it helps when they hire Experts to help sell bikes, and it also helps that he has 3 banshees of his own...

ive been riding in glamis and ocotillo for a few years now and most deaths in those two areas are mostly caused by drunks and people that dont know what there doing out there in the first place.. smoking weed only leads to 3 things munchies, tv, and video games... in my case mostly munchies haha... im not saying that riding under the influance of anything is ok or right, but i would rather ride after i smoke a joint then drink a 18 pack any day... and ive been dumb enough to do both.

Hey good luck with your new job. I started my new career about 3 months ago. i went from working on electronic gates and pretty much any type of enrty door you can think of, to become a maint. guy at a hospital. Let me tell you that it was a huge eye opener to me.. Ended up making more money right off the bat, i have the best benefits in my opinon you can get, and im doing a 1/4 of the work. In five years a new hospital should be finished and if everything works out the way they say its going to be i should be able to become a mgr of the new maint. dept there, but i have to go back to school and im stuck with the cool but shitty shift im working now 1230pm to 900pm... so good luck with your new job you will like not being out in the element anymore and the pay will get better...

try rickystator.com, they have a light kit called, banshee duner light kit 2x35watt piaa's 4012's $179.00 or bajadesigns.com can re-wind your stock stator to allow for more power to run better lights... im going to try the banshee duner kit, im haveing issues at night with stock lights myself!

i would try score.com should give you some info about race, my buddy has a class one buggy, and ive asked how do you know what to bring? and he say two of everything plus zip ties duct tape and bailing wire

ive alreay been looking into more upgrades, ordered some new lights and am thinking about a boost bottle, but what i have read on this page is that a boost bottle isnt worth the few bucks to buy, and i didnt want to ask since so many of you guys have answered that question a million times haha... im going to try and get some pic of this weekend to put on this page. anybody ride ocotillo?

well, this will be my first trip out with my shee, with my new mods. just installed new fmf fatty's and re jetted, i know its not a super drag bike but with the couple test runs up and down my street it feel like a new bike... i have never been the type of person to do mods on anything i own but a buddy of mine hooked me up with some pipe a while back and told me that my banshee wasent shit with out pipes, so i finally put them on and will be out in ocotillo wells this weekend makeing a test run!!!

i did a august night run to glamis this past summer and ill you what as soon as that sun came up we were out of there... it was 101 degrees at 715am.. i dont think im goin to do that again ever again in august, saw some sweet drag banshees running olds though so that was sweet!

i think it just comes down to stupid people in bars should just shut up and prove it in the sand, alot of people can tell stories about how fast they are and how fast there bike is, but it dosent mean anything. Ive ridden with people that have swore up and down about how fast they are and how there going to leave me in the dust cuz there "way faster then a banshee" with there raptors and 450's but i proved them wrong everytime, if i didnt come out on top i was right next to them. I went to ocotillo with a guy that was supposed to be the "king of the park"! but right out of the gate the guy could even figure out why his bike would get to 2nd gear and then quit on him. i let him ttinker with his bike for about 20 minutes before i told him to flip his e-brake off lol! im not saying that im the best rider in the world and at the time my shee was all stock but i still handed him his ass around the park the whole day. to wrap thing up lots of people think there the best at everything and there bikes are always better then yours, i tell them prove it!

i take 20 extra gallons and my desert tank that holds a little over 5 gallons to glamis, and for the most part i come home with gas

anybody have these hooked up on a banshee yet? if so how can i hook mine up??want to see better at night!

:: :: :: One trip to glamis i forgot my key due to being rushed and i was new to the banshee world at the time and had to pay a dude 25 bucks to hot wire my bike so that sucks but since then i have put a kill switch that we wired into my coil i belive

right on thanks for the info.. i think my buddies and i are goin out in march im to fix all the little problems with my bike before we go out there, ive been to glamis a couple times and i used to hate it there, alwasy liked ocotillo better, but now that im older i would rather cruz the sand (alot nicer on the bike& body)
