to tell you the truth painting fenders is the biggest mistake because if the get cold they crack, bend they crack, you cant put vinal decals on it. If the reason you are trying to paint them is because there are white stress marks you can take a heat gun and fix it perfictly.

you could make a set for trail and a set for dunes but if you want to use the new set in the dunes i would cut.

1. the best way that i wave found is to use a jig saw and go slow. 2. Then take a high grit sand paper and smooth it down at the edges. 3.you can make a tool that can form the edges perfictly buy cutting a C in a putty knife and either heat the tool or use a heat gun with it and slide over the egdes 4. just dont press hard. brandon

i have a banshee frame that i want to powdercoat myself, the frame has already been preped with sand blaster and has ben dipped in the solvent. the problem is that its to big to fit in the oven. i was looking over the internet and saw some infered 1500watt heat lamps that say they cure a 2'x3' area and you move them around to cure the paint. aso i was wondering if anyone has had experience with these lamps; if so do they work? it has to be abole to heat 450-400 degrees if that dosnt work i was thinking about auto spraying the frame. ebay- http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Infratech-M...sspagenameZWDVW

the other day i started the shee and it had a low end lag. so then i noticed that the right has no smoke coming out at all. so i replaced the spark plug and the compression is fine and it is still runing like shit. o it is also stock totaly. and dont tell me to do a search. thanks

i just turned 16 but my concerned nebors had a talk with me beacause i took the spark arestors off and now its too lould for them!!!! and all i can say fuck them. :biggrin:

tonight i hooked up the carbs to the banshee and finaly got to drive it. i did about 2 dughnuts and now im grounded for the weekend. See i picked it up for free, from a father's friend who was in to bikes more then atv. this thing was beat to shit though!!! the air filters where never cleaned and it is a 2000. the carbs looked so shitty that i bought some of ebay and k & N pods on. the rear swing arm had barings blone on both ends. was planning on puting a +4 arm but decided to play it safe and got a stock of ebay. new handle bars, line, brake pclutch line, throttle ads (had to bleed all the brakes), new chain, sproket, new sliders from cacade , the upper arm was bent so replaces, the rear brake leaked through rubber boot so replaced with block off, half of the screws where striped, new clutch lever, all fluids where replaced...... BUT I GOT IT FOR FREE!!!!! TO CLEAN IT TOOK ABOUT 15 ROLLS OF PAPER TOWEL THe five months of work would have never of been posible without all of you who replied to me (minus the one about the bong A JOKE) :biggrin: BUt REALY thanks !!!!!! hi i was wondering how to put stock carbs from a banshee to another banshee. the reason i am asking this is because my old carbs where shit so i gambled on someones and got free pod filters sweeT.
