I took the shee out on the local track and was having some trouble with it breaking up in the mid range. checked timing plate, checked jetting and made sure plugs looked good. The only thing i found is when i stopped running the clamp that connect the pipes were fried. could this be the problem?

I just picked up a left over 05...New virgin to play with. My wife said it was either the 2000 or my 06 700 raptor which no one would give me what I need out of that..

Almost everything else was sandblasted and sprayed with farm implement paint. 2. Custom painted Lakers Plastics. 3. After market Full Flight +2+1 a arms and tie rods. 3. Works shocks. 4. New braided brake lines for front and e brake block off. 5. New Front bumper. 6. New handle bars with tether switch 7. New pro peg nerf bars. 8. All new bearings were installed in EVERYTHING while I had it apart. Now for the engine. Very mild. 1. fresh rebuild with new crank rods bearings and pistons. .20 weisco pistons. Engine is very strong with very low hours. Starts within first few kicks. I only ran 100 octane with Amsoil. 2. New chain. 3. New Pro Design filter. 4. Like New DG. Pipes & silencers This quad is in great shape with only minutes of woods riding. I set this quad up for flat track racing but can be used for any type of riding. You will get the quad with like new Razr back tires and bandit fronts.

First off I know that their is other post with the same q's but they answered their own q's before they got a answer so here I go. I am rebuilding the shee right now and all I have left is the tors removel kit. Problem is I ordered it from Vito's 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I called vitos and I was told it would be another 3 at least because they are out. Now time for the q. Can I disconnect the tors box (electrical) and still adjust the idle with the box until mine comes in..Im dying to go ride and this is mainly all im lacking. Thanks for any input.

So im not so good with wiring and I was hoping someone could lead me in the right direction. I am taking the safety switch off of the clutch lever and need to know can I just loop these together...Also I need to know what to do with the wiring on the throttle..Do I have to have the tors removal kit to remove these?? Thanks for any input.

Yeah this is the first set of real flames that I have airbrushed..I should have the shee back together by next week, Im still waiting on some parts. we are close to finishing the paint. I still have to add a few skulls on the side of the tank, over spray with some tangerine and the clear. Getting close though.
