  1. yea man porting , maximum air and fuel makes power . if you rode a stock ported motor with bolt ons and then rode a well ported motor with the same bolt ons you would be like wtf ,looking all over the motor for a nos bottle etc, it really wakes up a banshee and you having a 4mil already port work would be a no brainer. you will like the motor .

I think a lot of people are skiping portwork and getting a 4 mill stoker , I would have just saved up an gotten the cylinders ported and matched for the 4 mil crank a (ported) 370 is a very powerfull motor with correct setup and other complementing mods , a ported 350 will spank and non ported 370 long rod . .you if you still have the cylinders atthe builder i would think about getting them ported while there .if not? then when you get it back together bolt on some good pipes t-5s cpis or shearers , like dave said carbs will help and a timming plate to take advantage if you wana run high compression and race fuel for optimum power out of your setup .
  4. have you got new/fresh plugs in ? check all your wires for cuts/breaks and shorts. what exaclty did it do before and right when it quit? and hesitations or missfires?

  9. i just took this vidio 5 mins ago , stock bolt on banshee 350, pipes stock reeds ,jetted pods +4 timming one up gears tehre fast enough just with pipes , and most pipes can be bought used pretty cheap , so if he dosent have pipes , get a set , but i thought he had pipes and was just looking for more power.

  14. he may be racing in a streight line for all i know , but given the chance to spend 1k on the banshee 10 to 1 i would spend on suspension
  15. power isnt everything , balance and agility are far more supior to power , buy extended a arms 350 good front shocks $$$ depends, extended rear axel 200 and good rubber like shayne said. the cats that think a port job and some fancy chrome pipes are gona put a 450 t oshame got something coming , maybe on pavement and in a streight line . in the woods modern 450s are faster , a stock supspended banshee imo is a dinosaur .
  16. front and rear black plastics , still shine have some sticker residue on them will need cleaning up no cracks 100 shipped , i can throw in a black radiator shrowd and tank cover but they dont look att that good , they have superglue on them also have a white front and rear factory plastics race cut front in good shape 130 shipped

  20. does the shift lever move up and down ? The ratchet claw on the shift shaft that grabs the shift star could be bent and not grabing the shift star. i would first pull the clutch cover off and look behind the clutch basket down at the shift shaft and move it around like your shiftinggears see if it grabs the shift star correctly.

  23. i didnt read about the one cylinder part , id say its in your cable at the 2into 1 part where both cables run into the one pull , they can mess up there
  24. in the pic above it would only hang up every so often , and then show no signs of hanging or it could be sand
  25. make sure theres not a lot of play in the thumb lever that would casue it to hit inside the housing of the thumb throttle , i had one hang up there and i had to bend the lever in side where the cable goes through up so it would hang up. look over the cable also , theres a hang up somewhere see the mark in the housing
