Haha, well I dont get it.. There are forums for mods/parts, suspension, carbs/exhaust, appearance and product reviews.. Then there are some for talking about where you ride, the different types of riding, and story's.. um, I think theres too many forums really, cuz either this one or off topic is kind of a waste.. I mean I know I'm wrong, and many people will tell me otherwise.. but whats banshee general for then?

Yeah I hear that theres not a whole lotta snow back in Northern Maine either. My buddy's have only ridden a few times back home. And thats quite a bit further north than you are. I used to sled all the damned time until I totalled an XCR 600 trip.. Kinda haven't gotten back on too much since. Miss it tho.. Good luck with the snow.

Haha, well as stated above, my father will be doing the work, he is a professional. Owned his own business and did alot of welding an fabrication. The augers inside of large grain silo's have to be true as well as other shit like that. So I feel extremely cofident. Couldn't teach it if he cant do it himself.

I am looking at welding my crank on my own. I remember awhile back BigRed350x had a page about it, but I searched everything back to when I first found this site and couldn't find it. Ultimately, I found out Red has 25 pages of posted topics. But yeah, Looking to weld my crank on my own. Done some searching, most ppl send it out. Any advice on doing it myself. and if the only thing you have to say is make sure you can well good, dont worry, I'm not doing it personally, I'm making my father do it, hes a welding instructor on any almost any kind of welding besides underwater. I run 25" DD's on my wolverine. They work great, good hook, can still pull it up pretty easily and I have slammed thru some mud holes. I have beat the ever living shit out of them and only once have I got a flat and that came from a fucked up culvert, and it gashed the tire. I patched it an rode the rest of the day before I ordered a new one. So not too bad IMO. Would love to try them on a banshee as well. If your looking for something to last, they are decent. Going over rocks an stumps and shit like that they hold up decent, I have some chips taken out of the rubber but I would still recommend. Heres a pic to show why they chunked off some for me

Hah, hey Animal, thanks for the advise, saw it and tahts what made me look on eBay. I saw a lot of 22 carbs from an eBay store, wasn't asking how they were, I was asking where they are at. I believe I made it pretty clear, but apparently not enough. ANnnnyway.. I wasn't really asking reliablity. Reading the earlier post about them from CPW sounded pretty good. They have great feedback, from many sales, so Neil I think thats pretty good reviews of what they sell. Couldn't make money if their products weren't any good, and I dont think they would have gotten the reviews they have. Lookin at them tho, contacted 'em through an eBay contact seller and he has a few sets. So I am guessin thats the route I'm going to take. Hey man. Not to be a dick but it happens to everyone. I'm turning 21 in a few days, have spent my entire 20th year deployed. When I turned 19, my girl broke up with me. Was with her for 2 and a half years. I drank for 8 months, a half gallon of rum every three days and it didn't help one bit. Got me deployed pretty much. I volunteered coming here rather than going to AA like the family wanted. Pretty much you need to get yourself squared away before you can expect someone else to want to be part of your life. Take care of what you need in life, then the things you want will fall into place. Takes time man. Be safe and quit drinking. Take it from someone who knows.

I was surfing eBay last night, saw some carbs that I was interested in but wanted to sit on it. There was 22 in a lot, eBay store. Went back to purchase a set today, they aren't there. They were listed as 28 pwk's bored over to 30mm. I was wondering if anyone here picked them up? They were 180 bucks, hell of a deal, but not there anymore. So I'm pissed and was just wondering if anyone here knew what happened to them?

I have an 02 wolvy, and I bought 4 ITP type7 rims for around 450. Brand new. Go to a local aftermarket guy, or if you know people that are cool. You COULD use banshee wheels, but you are right with the 9 inch tiresize. you want a good 12 in. What are you putting on it for tires? Or what does it have?
