The main jet screws into a piece of copper metal tube thingy. That thing was loose and falling through into the main carb airway

I cant upload the image says its too large but what part do you screw your main jet into? Reason I ask is whatever it is, it was loose and while I was riding was sputtering while I was out. Thanks in advanced!

Got it started!

Got the flywheel off. The green wire that connects to the stator was rubbing something band was broken. Got it soldered and buttoning everything up now.

I ordered the flywheel puller should be here in a couple days. Anyone know the best way to clean the stator? I was just gonna use wd-40 and electrical contact cleaner

I don't know anything about electrical but i looked to see if I have any loose wires but I have a ton. The previous owner (about 10 years ago) took off most the non important electrical stuff so I have wires everywhere

I was riding recently when my bike suddenly bogged out and died while in 4th gear. Couldn't start it after that. I was riding though a lot of mud that day. I checked the flywheel and there was rust on the flywheel so I cleaned around it and still nothing and sprayed WD-40 and electrical contact cleaner.Ordered a flywheel puller and gonna try checking the stator even though I don't know shit about it. Checked for spark and I'm not seeing any.

So I'm gonna go riding tomorrow, am I gonna break down or is it fine? Explanation Por favor

I have 22" front tires so that helps. So if I buy say full flight or wicked a arms (it fits the bill I don't need the best of the best) but would getting longer shocks with those a arms work/fit those a-arms and give me more clearance?

Well I just changed all my bearings maybe a year or two ago with a guy who knows his stuff so I assumed we did it all right so we basically took apart the whole rear end and replaced the bearing. I remember it was a bitch to get out some of the bearings some were burnt to the frame basically. But ya I need to just take it back to my friends house some day and see if its normal or more than normal. It's not much but there's play in it. I need to tighten that nut I just don't have a big enough wrench to tighten it with so it's as tight as I can get it with duck tape so it won't come loose? Maybe that's my problem?! Bingo? Or did I fuck it up again by riding with it like that for two years?

Idk if this is a dumb question but will +2 a arms give me more ground clearance with works shocks? I have stock a arms now with stupid spacers that just expose my damn brake calipers with works triple rate shocks. And when I order +2's and want more clearance should I get a longer shock than what I have? - now that I've been thinking I would like to have more ground clearance because of my riding terrain so would long travel a arms give me more clearance or just more suspension travel? I'm trying to keep up with the new rzr's and those things soak up anything! I know I won't be able to do that in a banshee but just made me want more ground clearance and obviously more plush suspension

I have rear play -left to right- in my swing arm or axle... Idk what's normal but it seems in my carrier there some extra play. Not sure if its normal

Has anyone said let it dry? If not i always let my dry at least over night and if not I'll put a fan on it till it does as long as I can before I hit the road

I would rather have the richie or Ims. But for 35 bucks the um racing ones are pretty bad ass and they look trick too. If I had 200 to blow I would like to have the richie ones so the locations better or to at least try it out to see how I like it

Bought off flea bay and they are pretty bad ass. Look nice, covers whole peg so you can hardly tell they're extentions. Feel good and teeth are sharp for good grip. For 35 bucks if you still have stock pegs I'd say this is a must

I set my pickup gap, I used the spark plug card board thickness to set it it's real close but doesn't hit. - Here's how it runs around the neighborhood can't do much but.

I'll check it out when I get off of work, so I can cut the ends shorter and re connect the spark plug caps at the end that connects to the plugs? Does it get build-up towards the caps or?
