I have dealt with possum and I know everyone has there own opinions but if you actually get to know him he does know a lot and is very smart person when it comes to a lot of shit and most people in the world can't handle that and get intimidated and there natural reaction is to hate them I know first hand the mans painting and also metal fab work is top notch and I have the pictures to prove the work he has done. I have a iPhone 5s as my personal phone and a galaxy s4 for my work phone they gave us 2/3 months ago. I like them both and there great to have I can tell on start up the s4 does take a bit longer to get going before u can actually open up apps or mailbox. Id have to agree with factory there is no way that happened in shipping and the glass not breaking I bet he tried to pull the bulb out no knowing how the hid bulbs work he broke it.
