  1. Word James, Got the axel today, i think it will work just fine. I'll clean up those threads no prob. Now lets talk price  Send me a PM k Aaron
  2. Honestly, when i said he flew 66 feet. There is no eggaseration* Spelling* about it Banshee flew about 85 feet.
  3. Nah wasn't me on her then. Was my friend, and hes pretty fucked up. 6 days in the hospital. Hurts me to watch him try to move.
  4. Well here they are I don't think the frame is bent, (more like pray its not bent) and i think the carrier is ok the level and the wood kinda give a good perspective from the front (take note the pavment is not flat either) another back side shot and finally a close up There not the best pics but you can see the damage Update, CimbAnyHill got me a Swing arm +++ Rippen got me a Axel +++ Jeff will hit you up on the rims when alittle cash comes my way, Just finished moving and all, kinda breaks the bank Thanks for everyones help, You guys rock Aaron
  5. Stator all the way I had the EXACT same problem when i first got my shee research my posts. Should be one of the first ones i made. Almost spent over $400 on a new CDI glad i didn't Looks like it's time for a new +4 stator from Ricky about $125
  6. Update... My Friend is home finally. Gonna throw a BBQ at his pad tomarrow with the crew. DAMN! I think i'll actually sleep tonight and i know my friend will as well  So ClimbAnyHill......... You are the man. I can't say enough how much you rock. You were the second person to respond to my post, and the first to PM me. You came through just like said. Two days after the post and a swinger is on its way to my doorstep. I will send a good feedback in your name. Also, i will never hesitate to do Biz with you again. Aaron
  7. Thanks HammerShee. I definetly keep that in mind. I want to fix the obvious first then see whats next.
  8. Ya its a tough deal but not much i can do at this point. He wasn't even trying to jump it. LOL. He was just along for the ride. I asked him last night why he didn't just let go when he first lost control. He told me because he didn't want to wreck my Shee. OH WELL! I can sit back and laugh about it now because he will be alright, doctor says he can go home as soon as he takes a crap HAHA. I had all the bugs worked out prior to Sat. Shee was mean. That woods port Jeff did REALLY opened up the bottom end. Shee was sick! Aaron
  9. Thanks Jeff, Hell ya it was worth the wait  There were a few other quads out there. A couple YFZ450's and a Troy Lee predator. All three of them came up to me later asking what the hell i had in my machine LOL. Apparently they were behind me at one time and iu didn't know. They said i left them so fast they had to slow down and follow my dust trail HAHA. Anyways, I'll be calling you in the next couple oof days for some rims. I really appriciate it. As for everyone else, Thank you very much for your support. Those of you who have offered parts rock. I may be needing some front end stuff as well. Not sure untill i straighten out the back. Thanks again, Aaron
  10. Thanks for all the reply's everyone. Yes both will make a full recovery and the Banshee faired alittle better then my friend did. 3-6 months full release. Could have been ALOT worse. The doctor said the 85% of people who shatter their pelvis the way he did, usually end up with an amputation or death because it severs the main artery* that runs down your leg. 66 feet is a long way to fly LOL. My friend told my in the hospital last night, that as soon as he can walk good enough, he wants to go back and see it. Crazy fucker.
  11. Well..... Last Saturday was the first real test ride since i got my motor back from F.A.S.T. . I can't even descibe how well the motor felt. Those of you who have had a motor built and tuned in perfect can understand how good shee was running. I only rode her for about 20 mins myself before tradegy struck. Here's what went down. Saturday, April 5th. I woke up at 6:30 in the morning. I was stoked. First real ride on new motor. I had a big day planned with over 30 friends coming to ride. I had talked the banshee up so much over the last year and it was time to the shit talkin. I had gone over everthing, once, twice, three times already, and was so excited i felt like i was going to piss myself. Finally 10:30 a.m. First group of friends show up at my house. then 11:00 the rest show up. We are on our way. We get to Little Gem Cycle Park in Emmett ID in no time. Unload our rides. I start the Shee to let her warm up while i put on my new riding gear. I tell my good friend Chris to take her up and down the road so i can check the gear oil level. He says ok, and off he goes. Not payin much attentiopn at the time. I continue to get dressed. I haer the shee and look up to find Chris riding without a helmet. HEY!!! GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE! I yelled. Chewed his ass hard for not wearing a helmet. No big deal, no harm done. The oil checked out fine so i ripped her around for about 20 mins. When i came back, everyone was like my turn, my turn, my turn. Cool, i'm feeling pretty good about my ride at this time. Head swelling and getting bigger everytime i see her rip by. Now.... My friend Chris gets on her for the third time. All is good. He has been riding her for about 40 mins around this small track right in front of where we parked. Now Chris is not very experienced on ATV'S or Dirt Bikes at all, but he was not being stupid or trying to be better then he could be. I would not be letting him ride if that was the case. Then it happened. Out of no where Chris comes on the straight away and losses control ont the whoops. He hit the first whoop and lost his balance. Trying to correct he gassed the Banshee over and over. A series of 12 whoops. Going faster over each one. At this point i thinking DAMN!! hes got balls and is doing good. then he hit the last whoop and when he landed i was thinking he was going to dig hard into the burm*. I was wrong. He hit that burm and launched off of it like he was trying to set a record. As soon as he hit the lip it through him in the air and he was thrown from the Shee. Kicking and flapping his arms in the air, we all went running. When we got to him, he was knocked out cold. Snoring like he had been drinking all night with a HUGE gash on his chin. I looked at my other friend and was like, what do we do now?!? I had never seen anyone in this condition before. When he started to come to, he didn't just come around like a normal lights out victim. He was very lathargic* and not with us at all. I called 911 and spent the next 5 hours with him in the hospital in Emmett. He was later transported to ST. Alphonsis Trauma center were he still remains tonight and at least untill this weekend. So the extent of his injury's are as follows, Shattered pelvis= Titanium plate in left front Fractured sacrem ( back side of pelvis ) botls and screws on his left side Broken ancle bruised left lung and 2 inch gash on his chin So i don't have a full on investigation of what "exactly" happened, but here i my interpritation. After he lost controll on the first whoop he was pretty much hanging on for dear life. The new twist throttle i put on screwed him. He froze up and locked his wrist WOT. When i got to the Banshee, shee was in 3rd gear. The burm he launched off of was about 12feet high. Now i didn't have a tape measure, But my other friend Mike is 6'-6" tall and stepped out 22 paces from the lip of the burm to where Chris lay motion less. Now in my book, a man 6'-6" takes "at least" 3 foot steps. Which means Chris flew 66 fett in the air. When he landed he didn't slide, roll, twist or nothing. It was like taking a bag of floul and dropping it on the floor. THUD best descibes it. I feel so bad.... Part of me says he was too in-experienced to be on my Shee. Another part says if i didn't put the twist throttle on.... ( which will be coming off before next ride ). All in all he will recover in about 6 months. We hope. Today i had to help him walk in to the bathroom so he could piss. It hurts to see anyone, let alone a good friend, like that. At this time i would like to apologize for such a long post, but i have never experienced anything like this, and for those who haven't either, i want ya'll to really feel what im going through. Now the Shee... As far as i can see. The light rear rim is bent. The right side if the axel is bent. The swing arm is tweaked and thats all that is visible. The Banshee never rolled. She hit right rear tire first, then slammed on the front right tire. Did a 180 spin and stayed on her wheels. Hell, I think Chris may have been better off trying to ride it out, but its hard to say what really would havr happened. Chris doesn't remeber a whole lot about it. Probably best. So i'm in dier need of some parts. I don't have much to spend, but if anyone has an axel, swinger, or rims for cheap please PM me. If you read this all the way to the end, Thank You very much. All will be fie eventually i'm sure. Your Fellow HQ'er Aaron

  14. When i first got my Shee, the only way it would start was to push/pull start it. Turrns out it was my stator. So i got the adjustable stator for like $125 i think, was a long time ago. Started no prob after that Aaron
  15. I just got my motor back from Jeff at F.A.S.T. He did a woods/play port, i think it was around $250, and this sum bitch hauls ass. Gonna be even faster after i work out the bugs. Anyhow, i HIGHLY!! recommend Jeff. This guy takes alot of pride in his work, which means your gonna get the best hands down IMO. I had my friend do a plug chop for me ( cause my shoulder is broke ) and when he got off, he waas shaking so bad he couldn't even get the wrench on the plugs. He kept saying my banshee was so fast it was just stupid. All that said..... I dont even have as much in my shee as you do according to what you listed. So that thing should be rippen ass. DON'T GIVE UP ON HER, work the bugs out and you'll be happy. Aaron
  16. Whats your elevation? That has alot to do with jetting. And like Booker said porting might help too. From what your first post said, you have alot into it. Maybe too much without a port job. But seriously, without proper jetting, you can have all the money in the world in your motor, and if its not jetted correctly, it won't run for shit.
  17. Lincoln makes a DAMN GOOD welder! where i work i've seen alot of welding. Lincoln is a very reliable welder and you won't be dissapointed. If i could just get my company to switch from Hobart/Miller to lincoln, they would save so much money, i would probably get a raise
  18. I would have to say carb probs.... Whats your elevation? Main jets? Pilot jets? Neddle clip? im not the best for info... but others will need those to help you better.
  19. So i took my float bowls off to adjust the level ( choke side pissing gas out of overflow tube). tried to adjust and still pisses ( 20-22mm without gasket ). I talk to Jeff at F.A.S.T., he told me to look for a little bb looking thing in the bootom of the left bowl, to make sure i didn't accidentally switch the two. Now here is my ?....... Both bowls has the little bb looking thing, And...... I noticed ( on the choke side, left carb ) that there are two small brass tubes. On my right side carb, there is only one small brass tube. I am missing the the tube that goes straight up. I have the one that goes at an angle. Is this normal? Or am i screwed? Thanks Aaron CRAP!!! not only did i post this in the wrong section, i also forgot to mention they are stock carbs.  Sorry guys, i meant to put this in the Jetting section
  20. Jeff at F.A.S.T. can hook you up. The guy knows his shit, and takes pride in his work so you know your getting the best. Check out his website. He has carbs starting at $142.50 i believe. He'll take care of you  Aaron
