  1. Mine are stripped and can't get 'em at the local bolt store. Where can I get just the bolts?
  2. He's right, your alignment is off lol
  3. My motor is still together, just have the jugs off, not sure this would be a good idea...but let me know if it wouldnt hurt it. That and I already tried diesel, this stuff isn't just grease or some pussy dirt, it's 9 years of baked on shit.
  4. Ditto, but free post
  5. I would never trade my banshee for a 7hundo...but...there ARE some fast ones out there, hands down. Either that or they're just easy to ride. There was a guy at LS a couple months ago with a mostly stock 700 who was beating every banshee and 4-stroke at the dune drags. Now keep in mind this guy could ride the hell out of it, but that's 1/2 the battle right there.
  6. I figured the stuff I used was stronger then carb cleaner, but I'll give it a try and maybe wet sand on it some with some 800 grit or somethin.
  7. I figured the stuff i used would be tougher then carb cleaner, and i scrubbed the shit out of it. Don't really wanna paint cuz i know it'll get carb cleaner, gas, and all kinds of crap on it and i know that's not good for the paint.
  8. Ok imagine the dirtiest, oiliest, nastiest cases. Now multiply that by about 100 and you've got mine. I used a whole can of engine degreaser, 1/2 a bottle of simple green, diesel, and a little bit of parts washer fluid on this yesterday, scrubbing it about 10 times and it's still got this layer of crap on it. Is there anything I can put on a die grinder or dremel that will take this off while not f'ing up the metal by scratching it bad. This is the only dirty part left on my bike while I'm rebuilding it and it looks terrible.
  9. What's the PS url for vids?
  10. I got some blue plastic i'd trade if he doesn't want to
  11. Anyone else got pics of this? Still a little confused.
  12. Is that even a joke, or are you going to tell us why
  13. Axle is black
  14. Damn that's a steal.
  15. It's not the size of the boat that matters, it's the motion of the ocean
  16. I was thinking more for looks. I'm trying to get away from the rusty look
  17. Well had everything sandblasted and am working on the powdercoating right now. What can I do on the pieces that were sandblasted and not everything was powdercoated, like the axle splines, to keep from it from rusting? Anyone else run into this problem?
  18. My piece of pipe is the perfect size
  19. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=dirtfoot ?????
  20. Piece of pipe and a hammer. Works everytime if it's the right size.
  21. Nope gonna be runnin stock size sprockets. Orderin a breaker tool from RM as we speak.
  22. Old thread I know but it's better then starting a new one. Did the 120 links work for your +4? I'm fixin to order chain and need to know how much to get but I had heard 120 wouldn't be enough.
  23. You'd need a longer chain and brakeline.
  24. Already did that once for the bike I've got. 'cept it was a POS and this one is nice.
  25. You can get them for anything I assume. Check out Dave Moore's Superjets though, they seem to be a bit more on top of the game at around the same price I beleive.
