That's what I'm going to do at lunch today. I had to beat the living shit out of them to get them out last night, and when I cleaned all the grease and all out they spin pretty damn good, just a tad rough. I dont really know why they wouldnt spin in the carrier, almost like it was the wrong bearing (based on how hard it was to get them out).

Sweet, I'll pull 'em and take them to an Industrial Bearing shop here in town and see if they have 'em or can get 'em.

I bought a RAD y14 carrier off a member here and was told the bearings were good but they are as stiff as could be, so I'm just going to replace them. Are these bearings different than the stock ones or just the same. Is there somewhere I can buy all 4 or do I just need to get 2 replacement sets of the stock bearings?

Buy a rebuild kit, or you can just put a new o-ring in and not pay $10.

Why are you putting so much restrictions on the Banshee's. I didn't read real close but is there even a 350cc Open class where banshee's with alot of bolt-ons can run?

I got a buddy who just got his 700 setup to run alky. I haven't seen it run yet but most likely will at LS next time we go.

I wonder if some of you guys that think they're complete turds even know how to ride a 4-stroke? No not you Jared but the others that think they're the shit of quads. Stock for stock they will beat a banshee, and piped and programmed they will too if the riders have any riding experience at all.

Damn near, i really need to split the cases to get the crank welded but i just wanna get this fuckin thing back together. If I took the wiring off of the stator, it wouldn't hurt anything (seals, any internals) to soak the whole thing in diesel would it?

Well my project's takin longer than planned as it is so what's another 3-4 days right. I got a buddy that's split his 5 or so times so we could probably do it all in a day easily. I know which seal kit to get but which bearings should be replaced? Oh, and I'll try to get some pics up tomorrow.
