  6. Yes I fixed the problem, I kept burning both trail tech rectifiers because I was using a 200 Watt stator and didnt notice that the trail tech only goes to 150 watt
  7. Yes it' a stock stator I had an electro but got toast soon after, woodruff key is on there, i put loctite on that bitch
  8. Yeah but when you adjust to max it goes up 7 volts, i ordered a jl engineering regulator to see if that solves issue, tried 2 trail techs to no avail

Merry Christmas my people, alright my problem is I floated my ground on stator ran both yellow and floated cables to both yellow cables to trail tech rectifier, when I put my meter on output cables (red and black) from rectifier it only shows 6.55 volts dc, when i throttle to higher RPM the volts drop to 0.19 to 1.55 volts, what the hell am I doing wrong, i already tried another new rectifier and same outcome, im throwing up the white flag, about to give up but hopefully one of you kind folks can give me some insight to what im doing wrong, and yes ive done research, watched videos, traced the wiring 50 million times, i put the meter to both floated ground and yellow from stator and get from 8 to 30 volts ac which i believe tells me stator is producing proper voltage, please help thanks
  10. banshees are very impressive to me, ive rode different atvs and i always go back to the shee but thats my opinion
  11. never used a spark arrestor, do they affect performance?
  12. cheaper isnt always reliable, why pay 2 or 3 times for a replacement when you can get it right the first time
  13. get cpi small bores I use them successfully in tight trails and shallow mud holes down here in florida
  14. Ok so I did a topend rebuild . 20 over. 64.50, now the 0-25% throttle bogs and a lot of smoke indicating that its too rich on the pilot circuit. I have k&n pods(cleaned), cpi's sb, vf4 reeds(new petals) chariot intake manifold w/ new mikuni boots, +4 timing, jetting is 27.5 pilot , 4th clip on 6 position needle(dynojet), and 340 on mains, tors removed completely. Leak down passed. Before I did the topend the shee was running on 27.5 1.5 turns out with crisp response off idle, now it bogs until after 25% throttle so I turned out airscrew 2.5 turns and it got slightly better, should I drop down to 25 on pilot even though 27.5 use to work good before rebuild. Sea level and temps 70-85, carbs are cleaned about 3 times. Im out of thoughts on what to do, any help on what could be causing problem are greatly appreciated. Thanks
