    the mr16's are badasss. im getting a helmet kit but gonna run it on the bike and mount the battery pack under the plastic. i only need them for a couple of hrs, so ill just mount them on my bars and roll. i dont want to do a battery conversion either.

    go with the oem. i have a stainless steel one and sucks. oem is deffinately the way to go.

    good stuff guys. if you are set on getting your motor polished then go for it. alot of patience and some $$$ will get you there and the end result will be all worth it. i recently bought a new DD lockout cover and was very dissapointed on the polish job that it came with. i didnt settle, i had it repolished and that thing looks amazing.

    im in southern cali, so it might not be convenient for you. the place is called astro plating. any local shop in your area can take care of u. Tate has pictures of some stuff he's done and looks great.

    my stock impellar had some play in it too, it was rubbing on the cover making a gouge in it. i dont know if the chariot kit actually keeps the the temps lower but one thing i know is that i like to run good stuff on my bike. so if i need to replace parts might as well go with the good ssshit.
