  2. Ya my buddie has a predaturd (hehe that just kills me im gunna call his wheeler that all the time now) and i dont like how the thing ride at all. Ihas way to much body roll and just does not handle worth a crap imho.
  3. Ya my gas lasts about 2 1/2 to 3 hours but thats ridding a lil and BSing a lil and riding a lil.
  4. Yes you are right you do need to think with your head thats above your waste. But that is a lot eaiser said than done. If i'm not mistaken when was the last time any guy on here was about to get laid and then say's oh wait can i see your id please. (but we should. alot better to not get laid than to get thrown in gail over a piece of !@#)
  5. UUUUHHHHHH You know your on a banshee sight right hehe jk man. But i can tell ya my vote it would be a shee. ya you can buy the ltr 450 and I would say that it is your best bet as far as an over all good quad would be imo. that is what i am going to buy after i get another banshee, that way I can have a trail shee and a dune shee and a 4 poke for anytime and the 4 poke my wife would ride mostly. I would just go with the shee because there is nothing else like them thay are just a bad ass quad hehe then again i may be just a lil bias.

I mean will they make a big deffrence over my stck carbs? Also wanted to know if they are a good carbuerator (sp?) Also would they work well down the line if i decided to go with something more radical like a cub, or well anything. I just dont want to buy them and do a few more mods and have to get diffrent one's again. Also what would be a good price to pay for them?
  11. Mine is doing the same thing on the left side how do you change the needle and seat. is it in the bottom where the bowl is at or is it in the top just under the cap that screws on or what any help would be appericated.
  12. Warp drive performance is the guy who built my bike his name is steiner or his last name is anyway. He did a hell of a job and he only lives 10 min from me. He put one of his temp guages on mine and it workd great. If you need a engine built give me a pm i have his number and he is easy to get ahold of.

  14. really, I thought he said that is was drag porting. mabye it was dune. I need to call the guy and ask what kind of porting he did for sure. Also im not sure on the dome sizes either. i will have to ask him about that as well and check my compression. I am very new at this so don't be too hard on me. This being the 2 stroke world.
  15. I am running 110 octane av gas or avation fuel, whatever you wanna call it. The guy that built my bike said that that is the only thing that I should use. (I also use Bel-Ray synthetic racing oil) Is there gunna be a noticable diffrence if I just used 91 octane as opposed to the av gas I was just woundering. Im gunna keep using the av gas but i was just wounderin

  18. HAHA ya your right man I could not stay home with them all day I would go crazy. But she is in school as of now from 8 a.m. until 4:30 mostly in the hospital doing clinical's(sp?) so she is a lil less stressed out now that she actually has some time to herself.

Hey I finally figured out what the prolbem was man.......Well....I didnt but the guy who built it did i was there for 10 sec he walks right over to the idel screw it was scrwed all the way in because it did not have a lock nut in the carb kit that he put on it and he forgot to tell me to get one (they ar like .10 cents) anyway that thing fired right up first kick and ran great man i sure am glad it was not serious i sure should have been able to figure that out man i feel kinda stupid now but oh well i will know one thing to look at next time huh? Oh and double the price that i think huh? well she owes me i have been working for the last 8 years we have been together and she has not ever had a job. well granted she does raise the girls and that is tuff job but i put in like 70-75 hours a week on the sales floor ( i sell car's) and she promised me i could build what ever kind of quad I wanted when she gets her job. they are sarting nurse's out around here at about 22-25 per hour so I bet she will be able to afford it.   22. That is true big red BUT there are a lot of people who do not have time to build one but they have the money to buy one already built exactly the way they want it. I mean if people will spent 30 grand on a street bike they would drop 10 grand on a quad they would not have to do anything too in a heartbeat you could have a very profitable business and keep a bad ass quad alive.
  23. thanks dajogegr your super cool man, i appericate all your imput. one more question though you dont think it has anything to do with the on off button not working thought right just checking. hopefully some day i can have a cub set up like your's well in 2 years when my wife is out of nursing school that is! then i will have one like that.
  24. ya i just tried to start it and i bet i just kicked it liike 25-30 times and it never started and b4 it started on the first kick every time. I also noticed that the run and stop or kill button does not work either you have to dump the clutch to kill it and that is not good so i will have to have that fixed also. But i was woundering if that had anything to do with it not running right? Ya that it a lil bit beyound me rightn ow im just learning this stuff i just get scared to do chit by myself and always make sure i have one of my friends around that knows about quads b4 i do anything but i will tell him to make sure that they are in sink as well. and he is a good builder i have herd nothing buutt good about him. probably just forgot to tighten up the carb top. ya it is a big deal but hell ya can't be perfect if he does it again i will def think twice b4 bringing it back
