  1. Well boys, I met a new girl and there comes a time in life when the banshee has to come second. I will try and get some pics of this girl on here so you all will understand. I really want to have a boat to take her to the lake so after lots of nights of crying and thinking, I have decided that the shee must get parted out. Here are the parts i have stripped off of it so far with some extras that i had layin around. They are first come first serve and i can only take postal money orders. Here is the list and the pictures are right below them. GO TO REPLY 39 ON THIS THREAD TO SEE WHAT I HAVE LEFT.
  2. Ill give you $175 now. sry but i think they may be worth more than that
  3. Here is a pic of what I have. They are some 34mm keihins with billet intakes, a motion pro cable, and some reed spacers to get them off the clutch. I dont have the mounting hardware. The cable frayed a little where it goes into the throttle, its no big deal. The intakes also dont come with clamps. Make me an offer and if it sounds good then they are yours. If no one wants them they go to ebay
  4. Sweet then, The intakes are trinity or pro design i cant remember but they have no cross over tube. I guess i just wont worry about it and run it. Thanks guys
  5. When ever you get it bought make sure you post a picture of that thing. I really would like to see it. I would also like to see the price tag that it comes with :baseball_bat:
  6. Dang man, i have a 38mm carb with k and n clamp on. But that is it if you are interested let me know
  7. Whats up HQ. I was just wandering about cross over tubes on the intake. I have a pair of billet intakes without any crossover tubes or anything and just wanted to know if i would be better getting some intakes with the tube. Thanks a bunch guys.
  8. no one has any feelings on this. hmmmmm
  9. I have been looking through the forums for some time and never see anything about lonestar a-arms or works shocks. I have both on my shee and have never had any problems with them. I was just wondering if they arent liked or if anyone has had bad experience with them. Just wanting some opions here and i am not trying to start a war by all means. Just let me know what you all think.
  10. It was kinda funny though. I got a good laugh for the day.
  11. I am laughing so hard i can't type this. DONT RUN THE BIKE AND TRY AND LIGHTEN THE FLY WHEEL PLEASE. i really dont want to know what would happen to it. Now back to the post. I also lightened my flywheel with a lathe and it worked fine.
  12. Man i just want to say that this stuff looks great. Way to go man. I kinda liked your ideas of the rezzi covers out of chrome and a bansheehq sticker. Im sure your busy as hell with all the work u been doin. When ever you get a chance, hit me up with a pm. Thanks a lot man and keep up the good work
  13. I have 2 sets of 3/8 reed spacers for sale. One set is brand new still in the box and the other set was taken out and run for awile. I would take 30 bucks shipped for the new ones and 25 bucks shipped for the used ones. They come with the extened bolts. Thanks darin
  14. I was wondering if the axle was chrome and if the chrome was in great shape. Also If it is +2+4 or stock length. Last is the carrier stock or billet. Send me a pm. Thanks much Darin
  15. I dont know about that cause i bought 2 of them off ebay and the boot was from trinity and the other was definity not. It didnt fit the intake like the other one and had a different finish to it. I wish i knew who i bought those things from cause i would ask the guy. I'm sure there is one out there that will fit.
  16. So I am looking at getting a 4 mil stroker motor with a dune and trail port job on it. I have an adjustable timing plate and cool head with 22cc domes. I really dont have any way of getting any fuel higher than 91 octane. Is there any way I can run it this way and not detonate or melt a piston. If so what timing advance. Thanks guys Also if i would happen to run across some AV gas would i be able to just adjust the timing plate
  17. I think that the point of this post has become a little confusing. I dont care about cost, that is not why this post is up here, I was just wandering if anyone knew if they worked, had information about them, or were using them and could say wether they gave improvements or not.
  18. The polaris explorer didnt have any reeds. Check the pipe to see if it is clogged and check the skirts. Just look into or feel in the intake with your fingers, cause the exact "to a T" thing was going on with the explorer that we had in our shop. Keep in mind this was on a 1994 so i dont know if they have changed anything but i highly doubt it. Hope this helps you out
  19. They say that it creates a vortex in side the air filter and "RAMS" the air into the carbs. "I found that today." I really wish I knew if it works or not. I kinda agree with you on the whole idea but some people stand by them. I only use the reed spacers to get my big carbs off of the clutch.
  20. I have seen a polaris explorer 1994 2-stroke do the same thing and found out that the piston skirt had chipped off. It was doing exactly what you are describing. And we checked everything even the exaust for mud dobbers. The piston was even new so give that a check, should be easy to check. Good luck
  21. I need the above items and dont care what shape they are in as long as they are useable. Payment throught paypal or money order. Thanks
  22. I have the money to spend but need to know sizes and paddle numbers that would work best for my bike. I was under the impression that sand skates, sand stars, sand gekos, and so on were not really for drag racing.
  23. I was looking on the internet and found some things called Velocity stacks. I guess that they clamp on to your carbs and then to the air filters. I have no idea if they even work or what they do, but one guy said that they make such a difference that you have to change jetting. If any one out there is running these please explain them. Thanks Here is a pic of them on 34mm pj's with k&n's. All my 4-stroke buddies swear by these and even make their own. If they do anything let me know cause i would like to build some or find some to buy. I dont know if the pics are working or not, but I hope you all get the idea.
  24. I need some help with paddle tires. All my mods are in my sig and I am wondering about paddle tires. I was thinking some skat trak haulers 20x10x10 with 10 paddles on douglas blue lables. I also have read a lot about pro wedges but dont know. Could these paddles also be too much for the motor. Any help would be great, thanks everyone. Oh I am justing going to use them for the friendly drag race and driving around.
