  8. Banshee's will always have there place, the Raptor at my age (41) and where I ride (tight trails) is just the better fit.....I will admit to being really surprised at how fast the 700R is stock...I don't want to get into a which is faster debate, but stock against stock they are pretty close..
  9. I hate to post it on here because you guy's are going to maul me, but I bought a 700R a few weeks ago and have no real desire to finish the re-build after riding the Raptor..
  10. I think I'm going to cancel my Banshee rebuild and are thinking of parting it out..First to go is the frame, its a 99 with about 2 years of trail riding and some MX on a practice track..Its straight with no bends or cracks and has been recently PC'ed in silver vain..This is just the bare PC'ed frame..I have no title or paper work for it.......I'll try to get a pic posted later this morning, whats it worth ??
  11. Miami Hurricanes, Oakland Raiders, and New York Yankees..
  12. Put your Banshee on a big time diet and you may have a chance........if he's a tool !! :yelrotflmao:
  13. +1 Excellent post.. I bought a new 700R last week to go along with my Banshee, although its stock and not yet fully broke in, I'm impressed.......really impressed.. I've been riding these things (quads) since about the time they first came out and I'm telling you the 700 is no joke, might not be Banshee fast up top, but its good..
  14. Back in '98 I bought a clapped out '87 Banshee, I put a little money into it, rode it and sold it for about what I had into it..Then took the money and used it for a down payment on a '99 which I bought new and still have..
  15. I'm not going to be the one to start the oil flame war, but I will say I have been using Amsoil synthetic for years with no problems and/or trouble at all.....
  16. Thanks for the flowers regarding the Pete !!! I'll find out tomorrow on the UPS Freight job, my guess is there will be a lot of competition for the seat... They bought out Overnite a while back, I see them growing quite a bit in the future...I'm thinking its a Teamster job $$$
  17. Based on your post's that I have read I'm quite sure your a stand up guy...I gave up on USPS and UPS both because of shitty service and too many freight claims... If given the choice I use FedEx ground insured now for everything..Tracking numbers seem to be a must anymore..With e-bay and internet sales being as strong as they are, these shipping company's are over loaded..
  18. Binghamton New York area, slowly getting the Banshee back together........Anybody in the area that wants to trail ride just hit me up.........Hopefully it won't be much longer it I'll be ready..
  19. I'll throw my hat in the ring.......Going on 14 years long haul..Hopefully I'll be done with it soon, I interveiwed yesterday for a local job with UPS Freight......After 14 years of dealing with fucking idiots who don't know how to drive I'm ready to get off the road..
  20. I signed up last night, have not done anything with it yet.........Some dudes on ZX12.org said the place is always getting hacked, I guess they put gay shit in your profile or something and post pictures of fags and say its you...........Other peoples kids !!
  21. Sweet, enjoy it..

  23. I guess I better start looking for the directions because thats the first I heard of break in..
  24. Yes, I was anyway.....I have one but it does not fit rite, at the time I did not realize there was some grinding involved..
  25. Yeah, I called also and was told the same thing....He said it tells you to do that in the instructions, to which my reply was "instructions are for people who don't know what they are doing" he is prolly still laughing !!! Thanks for the pic, that was just what I needed to see.....Mike Your further along than I am, my frame should be finished and ready to be picked up at the powder coating place tomorrow..... I wish I had that kind of talent.........
