i got 22's in the back... i want to trail ride ... but 1st is to slow and 2nd is to high... to have any power in second i have to go about "100mph" through the trails so im just trying to get more power outta second at a lower speed ... i guess thats what im getting at...

sweet i think im going to go with the 12 front and the 42 rear set up... sound good?

you could switch the carb slides around and totally put them in the opposite carbs... but if this happens the slides will be totally backwards and pusth to much gas into the motor... so if you are doing any kind of carb work you should take one slide out at a time and put it back in before you do the other ...or just label them L and R... trust me this stupid mistake cost me $150 in trouble shooting when it was something this stupid ::

sweet thanks... what is the lowest number in the front and the highest number in the back i can get in like a chain and sprocket package deal... i found plenty of stock sizes but only can find individual sprockets the sizes i want.... i guess i gotta make my own package up haha...

how many teeth is a stock front and a stock rear sprocket?

maybe you possibly switched the carb slides left to right, right to left..... i did it once and ended up puting a new top end on it and it still didht have any powerl... then i realized it was the switched around carb slides.... but then again if i did something that stupid ..who am i trying to give someone advice haha!

What should be the jetting for no air box lid with t5's.... what should be the jetting with an air box and t5's ... i am running 390 jets with no air box lid and i bought a air box and put it on and now it runs like shit.

its like a K&S tether kill switch .... sucks... broke on installation... i had to super glue it back together... works sweet now tho!!!!!!

i know this is off the wall but has anyone put or tried to put somethin like HPG skidoo or FOX shock or any kind of upgraded snowmobile front suspension on a quad or is this impossible ... just wondering ...dont laugh haha

after you install the new clutch cable... obsess about lubricating it... mine was stiff so i changed it and lubed the shit out of it sometimes for no reason ... now it is a 1 finger beast! i love it

how popular are banshees in hare scrambles... mine hasnt been that reliable lately but i figured i would just give it a shot anyways... screw it

i have been having a problem of bogging when splashing through mud and water holes it still runs but has absolutely no power and can barely move... have to hold it wide open and feather the clutch to even keep going after couple minutes it clears up and has power again ...i am putting my money on the fact that i do not have a air box cover i have taken the filter off immediatly after this has happend and it is completely clean on the inside of the filter ...but maybe it could be something electrical... i dont know just was in the mood to ask a stupid question

anyone got any ideas why my banshee doesnt have any top end power and just bogs around... 4th-6th has a bit more power but not as much as normal... tore the carbs down and cleand ...checked the piston rings through the exhaust exit everything "looks" good ... compression check good... leak down test not so good... got any ideas what i can do ...im about to tear down and try piston and rings..... need to race saturday... im screwd unless someone has any tricks up there sleeve

thanks... ive riden quads with twist throttle and i hated it... but ill have to try cutting the springs in my carbs because i have had problems with 1 of them before because i kept getting bound up inside... i bent it back into shape.. sort of.... and called it good so ill just cut a couple off thanks again

anyone got any tips or tricks on how to lighten up my thumb throttle ... mine is pretty hard to push in ... i mean its very rideable but at the track i cannot ride for more than 20 min. because of my thumb hurting.... any ideas??

i usually ride on tight trails and would like to know what is the best jetting, gas, pipe set up i can do to get more of the lower end power... i have t-5's which from what i understand are more of a top end pipe... i was just curious on all your opinions of what to do to run tight trails with the 4 strokes .... PS: im having no problems in the open
