    it wasn't really emission related more like the did work to the motor to make it less powerful.like how they did away with trikes cause they were dangerous.

    i heard somehwere they downtuned the newer shees,which i could expect due to new(ish) restrictions.maybe that was the last year befroe they started doing that?(if what i heard was true that is) i think skyline396 or w/e his name is is 14,i am too.crunk_banshee doesnt count considering he prolly doesnt have a shee or quad to begin with.
