Ok I have an update, I stopped payment using Paypal, and finally got a response, after that Andy was good on his email updates and worked with me to get this taken care of. I ended up having to get the round house carrier because he cant put the wheelie bar mount on a stock carrier. It did take him 3 weeks to tell me this. After we got through with the carrier issue, he was quick to give me updates and finally shipped once I released the hold on the paypal money. The swinger was well packaged and arrived in good shape via DHL. From what my wife tells me it looks nice I will post pic's in a little bit.

Do you have pics? I might be interested in the tires, would you be willing to get rid of those seperate?

Yes, the thought has crossed my mind to drive over there, its about an hour and half drive. If it comes down to it then I will do it. But I have 20 days to file with paypal, hopefully I can recover some money from them. JLM, did you buy your swing arm off ebay? Since he is gone off ebay you can file with paypal as well if you paid using them.

Hmmm, well that gives me me a little hope. Maybe the PayPal claims I opened with him will speed things up. I have a big trip to the Lake in June, need my +6 swinger

Just an update, I called the above number from NYUK and it said that due to call volume they dont answer the phone anymore. And he has not replied to any of my emails, so I will file a claim with PayPal. I will probably get screwed.... :shoothead: :mad:

If thats the same number that he posted on his profile it says that they no longer accept phone calls and that I need to send him an email. I can send another email to him, just wondered if I need to start worrying since he is not on ebay any more.

Any one heard from Andy and GRR, I ordered a swing arm from him about 2 or 3 weeks ago, havent recevied it yet, he said he sent it out last week. I checked his ebay profile and he is no longer a registered user. Just wondering.....

I have heard a lot about FAST, I was trying to find his website thanks! I may have to get some shearers if my angled filters dont work. Also I was thinking about getting a drag port done instead of the Trinity MX port that I have on my cheetah currently.

Not a bad idea, its worth I try. How do you like your Stage IV's? I also ordered some 20 degree angled K&N's those should be here soon, hopefully those will clear the stingers. Oh, anyone out there with this kit or at least dual 35mm carbs, do you have an extremely stiff thumb throttle?? I need to go check it for bind, any other ideas to losen the throttle?

So an ignition would probably be a good upgrade after the pipes?? What do you think of CPI pipes, those are about the only thing in my range, should I hold off for RDZ? I think these pipes are way beyond shimming.. I have tried several ways, turn one carb and getting angled K&N's are about the only way I can think to get it to work

Excellent, thanks for the info... I would like some shearer/rocket/cpi type pipe sometime in the near future, but I would have to sell the 916's first, and I love them.... dajogejr, what pipes were you running before your shearers? Did the shearers make a noticable difference on that engine?

The K&N's are rubbing on the pipes, the right carb is actually hitting the pipe and has to be turned side ways. I am going to go mess with some more tonight, but its not looking good.

I am putting together my banshee, I have a trinity 421 kit with 35mm carbs w/ K&N's. I have a set of DMC 916 pipes and they wont fit on there with the carbs and K&N's. Any one with this setup know which pipe will fit these? Of course I am pretty sure the Stage IV trinity pipes will fit....

Have you sold the whole thing or are you parting it?

If you part it out I might be interested in the CPI inframes and you swing arm. Can you send some pic's to [email protected]? Thanks
