The tm designs looks better but i wonder why they didnt extend the top back and up a little more to help the top of the cases?

Ive had porting done from trinity, duncan (paul turner) and grandriver racing. There is no comparison the grandriver cylinders will kill the other to motors. Trinity was junk to say the least duncan was better very precise cuts and did beautiful work but didnt make near the power of the grandriver cylinders. Im thinking im going to go with rdz this go around but im still undecided.

So what kind of hp or times does kevs drag port jobs make? When i think of good porters i think of A&S, K&T,RDZ,D&M,Titan Racing and so on. Im wanting to have a set of 4mill stock cylinders ported but want to run atleast 4 teens? My grand river 350 runs 4.20s so im wanting to step up a little any one drag with his porting if so speak up thanks.

I own a outlander and 3 banshees. My outlander has ran the best of 6.20 @ 56mph with a ron woods exhaust and intake in 300'. The 60' is 2.1 seconds. My buddies stock 700 raptor out runs it with just bolt ons so im not really impressed with it. The brute force 750s are more mod friendly with 4.6 in 300' the last i checked but im sure they are faster now.

Light years ahead of any pump gas. Can leave it in your carbs for years and leaves no deposits try that with pump gas. Its like 102 motor octane so its inbetween pump and race gas about like running a 50/50 mix. A lot of people dog on it but its a very consistant fuel that burns clean and smells great. :thumbsup:

That dont sound right my 7mm domes would measure like 30cc because of the .130" step thats added for the stroke. Or is your plate round that fits up into the step and rests up against the squish band? I guess i will have to junk both my heads cause i still havent got a answer of what degree to cut my bands.lol ...thanks good reading guys

How do I check dome volume? Can i grease the rings and put piston on tdc and fill the chamber to the bottom of the plug hole?

The bore is only 66.50mm (.100") last bore on my sleeves and my domes are already 66.50 so no i dont need big bore domes. My domes are stamped 19cc 12* 66.50. Standard banshee 513 series domes are 12-14* not 10*. All im wanting to do is machine the squish band to the correct angle and set the squish @ .035-.040". So basicly cut the bands about .050" deeper not 2mm .080" cause the 573 has a .033" shorter compression height then the 795 series and change the angle from 12* to ??? is what im trying to figure out. My trinity head is cut @ 12* and my white knuckle is 14* So now do i have everyone confused cause im starting to confuse my self. lol

I only have to take the stud closest to the exhaust out when i bore my cylinders.?? Yea im thinking im going to sell my trinity and white knuckle heads and get a noss or chariot head just so i can get the more popular pro design domes.

Any one? No prodesign heads they are to big of a pain to change studs & keep polished on top.

Ok what are all you cub guys using for domes im pretty sure they all use (573 series) blaster pistons? Vito says to use a 9* squish and trinity says 11*. Vito claims like a 3hp gain by using 9*?

My 350 ate a crank bearing and i put in a 4mm+5 crank in it now. It looks like i only need to machine about .050" off my squish bands to match the pistons but dont know what angle to cut the bands @? It had 19cc 12* domes in it and i thought instead of buying new domes all i could do is have a machinist cut the bands about .050" and correct the angle to match the blaster pistons and still have about a 18cc dome for cheap. Will this work and if so what angle and what ccs will my domes be after a .050" cut?

Looking for domes for a trinity or white knuckle head. I will have them custom machined so ccs isnt that big of a deal. Even a set of pitted ones if they arent that bad. Or a complete head that will take prodesign domes. Noss, chariot etc... That way i wont have to find different domes for every make of heads i have and the trend seems to be useing the more popular pro design domes. Pm with what you got and prices thanks.

I have a 14mill cheetah that has went 3.74@86mph for sale. Complete for $5000 . It comes with (two sets)in and out of frame pipes and carbs.Minus stator,fly wheel and stator and water pump covers.I just went through every thing new bearings and rods on crank new bearings in tranny and new nicasil. For $2850 i will sale the crank matching cases,cylinder,head and new pistons in boxs. You just add your clutch,tranny and side covers and have a fast motor for cheap instead of having to buy a whole motor.
