I can hear something rattling around when shaking, sounds small. Maybe just dirt? Anyways I have decided not to run it. Yeah definately props to Broke, nobody offers to refund + shipping. But I am not gonna ask for the shipping, just the part $ is cool with me. :beer:

Thanks Broke, I wasn't going to drop any name in here at all. I apreciate you standing up and behind your parts. It's not very common nowadays. :thumb: I'll try to get the pics to load. They are kinda hard to focus on, but you can see the big on pretty well. If it was not too deep maybe 5 to 10 thousandths I would probably just put it in my lathe and clean them up, but the big one is nearly full depth to the base. I just put a new top end in and a brand new Noss Head, and I just dont want to hurt it with pre ignition or something ya know? Another pic Last one. The surface rust is no big deal at all, I'can clean that up at the shop, just a little worried about the big nick.

:: ARRRGH! Not what I wanted to hear. Well hopefully the guy I bought it from is as stand up as you guys say, and will make this right. No night drags for me this weekend. :shoothead:

I just got a used flywheel from somebody here on the boards. Upon my checking it out I noticed that both of the pickup humps have nicks out of the leading edges. I mean leading edge as in when it rotates it is the first edge to pass the pickup. Will these cause any problems with misfiring or late firing or anything? I know that on cars and trucks if the cap or rotor is chewed up it runs like chit. Wondering if I should run it or junk it for a new one. Thanks for any info.
